    my version of chia seed pudding...mix chia with plain greek yogurt. let it fridge for a bit to absorb. Eat!

    Oh my, I never would have thought to combine chia seeds with a berry compote, I really have to try that for an extra fiber boost! The meals look so tasty.

      That’s essentially how you make a vegan jam.
      I’m not vegan anymore but I used to put the chia seeds in the NutriBullet and turn it into a powder then mix in into fruit so it’s pretty much undetectable.

    I loooooove your plant videos and vibes but have also been loving your blog and recipes.
    BUT I have one question
    I have been using the app you suggested life sum to track my food and have been trying to log your recipes. But they always say the calculations don't add up 🤦🏽‍♀️ any chance you could do a video to show how you log your recipes in the app plsssss 🙏🏼

    Love that I can use vegan ground beef and peppers, Things I already have. Will definitely add mozzarella!! I also have chicken to meal prep too. I’ll probably do the first one for lunch.

    Just saying your recipe doesn’t say to add the oats in with the base!! I followed your recipe and it ended up soooo runny and just did not work. But now watching your video I see you had whole oats at the bottom of the bowl which you don’t mention in the recipe
