TAB B.A.M. (Bad Ass Mufflers) Sticks Slip Ons have a 4.5”-inch diameter body, removable tips that can be positioned to the rider’s choice, and an interchangeable baffle core.
The 2.5” Louvered Core Baffles (Medium) are a step up from your regular stock exhaust. Loud enough to be noticed, but not loud enough to wake up your neighbors.
Zombie Baffles (Loud) lets that 81-year-old lady that’s about to turn left in front of you, that your COMING!

I would love to see some db scores at 300rpm and possible more. I say this because in some countries such as Japan the noise levels are strict when trying to pass road registration inspections. I like the sound of the Zombies baffles though. Nice work
They do have the other baffle options too. I might look into that for future videos, as far as DB scores

Between the two baffles, are you happier with the zombies? To me - the mediums sounded deeper and throatier while the zombies sounded louder but without the deep bass. I'm trying to decide for my 2020 Street Glide Special - I'm doing a Stage 1. I bought the extended warranty, so I can't do too much just yet (like catless headers). Do you miss the deeper rumble of the mediums, or did the GoPro just make it sound like that? Thanks.

I actually like both. My reason for sticking with the Zombies, is that it gets the elderly’s attention. I live around a few and it definitely gets their attention before they almost turn in front of me. The GoPro catches it pretty well, but obviously hearing it in person is always different. @@MikeH264 what do you think?....I have the zombie baffles and the tone leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. No deep rumble at all....I have a 2019 Street glide special. Once I put the header on it really showed the lack of quality sound. I have heard many bikes with headers now....Rhineharts, and Vance and hines have a much better tone. Even cobra......I have heard better pipes.

Absolutely! And Thank You for the Support. I believe it’s just a slightly larger Bore, so I don’t think there will be that much of a difference. I haven’t heard them side-by-side, so I can’t really say.

So do you need a tuner and air cleaner kit when u get these mufflers?
I would get your bike properly tuned whenever you introduce more air intake and exhaust
Why with baffles? How do they sound without baffles?
I’ve gotten this question before. I’m probably going to take them out and do a sound test. But the purpose of the baffles, is to dampen the engine noise, and create back pressure in the exhaust system.
Is your header pipe stock?

I know you posted this a year ago, but did you end up keeping these TAB performance tips with the zombie Baffles?
This whole week I've been watching videos on what's the best exhaust slip ons for Road Glides.
I've had my 2022 Road Glide Special for 2 weeks now and I want to wake it up.
So far I've seen TAB Performance , S&S, Rhinehart and idk what else and to be honest, hearing them through TV or cell phone speakers I'm sure isn't the same as in person. So I really can't tell which ones sound "the best"
What would you recommend.

I did end up keeping them for a while, but I just recently upgraded to the TAB Performance 2-2 head pipe with 50 cal slip-ons, and zombie baffles. The 4.5 BAM sticks were also loud and have a great rumble to them. I actually gave my previous TAB 4.5 to someone who liked them more that their Rhinehart’s.
Your right though, it is hard to tell from just the audio on a video which is best. But I’ve owned a few brands, and TAB is the best in my opinion. Right out of the box without any performance upgrades to the bike, these pipes are loud and mean. Hope this helps 🤟🏽

Zombie baffles shouldn't have any fiber wrap on them there a solid tube

Performance Question: thinking about doing the 50 cal with Zombie baffles….worried about losing performance. 2020 RGS Stage 1 tune. Have TBR pipes on already but want the louder sound. Thoughts? Did you lose torque on the baffle change? Will I?
These Zombie 50 cal Baffles are awesome! I honestly didn’t loose any torque or performance, but definitely gained some. Nothing that is mind blowing, because I’m still running a stock engine (for now). I never ran TBR pipes before, so I wouldn’t know, but I’d say go for it 🤟🏽
Just bought a 2021 road glide limited. Will the Zombie baffles cause a torque loss? Not ready to do a stage one yet. Thanks and your bike is bad ass.
Baffleless causes torque loss. So no, it’ll be nothing noticeable changing them. And if for going from stock it’ll feel faster.

Do you have to get the bike tuned after the install? And can you still hear the radio....? Or do the pipes drowned it out?
I would highly recommend getting the bike tuned afterwards for the best performance. I do still here my tunes, and I’m running the stock speakers. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching 👍🏽

I have these on a 14 ultra with no cat. I have had the other big names and get way more compliments on these. I love them and will never buy anything else. The quality and sound is second to none. U won’t be disappointed. I wish I had found them years ago

I just added the black slash cut tips to 4.5" chrome pipes and zombie baffles...LOVE THEM! Great build quality, sounds awesome! I put them on my 19 Ultra Limited with stock headers. The sound under 3k RPM is mild with a low deep rumble. Ride aggressive and they wake up fast and sound awesome! Constant highway speed of 80 mph with radio on, no issues, get on it and hear it roar!! I went back and forth between D&D, Tabs, and SVT Boneshakers but went with Tabs! So glad I did!!

What size is the hardware bolt at 9:14… I lost mine while doing maintenance and can’t seem to find it
The Support bracket screw? I would take another one to Home Depot and use their bolt size tool they usually have in the hardware section. Then just buy one that matches. That’s usually what I do when I loose a screw lol
Any idea what headers you’ll go with when you swap them out for something else?
I’ve actually got the TAB 2-2 headers. I’ll be installing those soon.

I went with the 2.5s on my 2020 Heritage. I think both Tabs are really good sounding pipes. It's just a preference thing. Love the growl between shifts.😊

What are you using for a head pipe? Is you bike de-cat'd? Did you do a stage 2 cam? If so, which one. I have a '21 RG CVO, de-cat'd with a S&S 475 and rinehart DBX45's - so loud I can't hear the radio. Your bike sounds much better. Trying to quiet mine down.
