I put the black 4.5" Straight cut tip w/zombies on my 2022 Street Glide ST 117ci same time as a Stage II cam upgrade and I love the way she sounds! Highly recommend TAB's w/Zombie Baffles.
I love mine Tom. You really get an amazing sound when you do the headers and add a cam. I have the headers and 50 cals on my street glide and the sound is still amazing. Heck, even just the slip ons on the Road King sound great too! Thanks for your feedback brother
I have TABs with medium baffles in my 2016 Springfield and they sound really good. It came a set of Zombie baffles as well, but I haven't put them in yet. I really like the sound of the mediums; nice low growl and I can hear my music while riding. I am curious though, so may swap them this Spring to see how I like them.
I absolutely love em. If you're not a fan of loud pipes, you probably won't enjoy the zombie baffles. But, doesn't hurt to try! You can always change the baffles back. Appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback!
I put these exact ones on my 2019 Road Glide CVO....Amazing sound, loud and proud, and the look is fat. Fast forward, I just bought a 2023 Street Glide CVO, I bought the same exact pipes, this time in chrome. I also bought for both bikes the torque cones to fill in the back, the swirl looking one, I get lots of comments. HOWEVER this time i decided to tone down the loudness a little bit so I bought the pipes and went with the 2.5 Louvered baffles. I put them on and was disappointed as in very. I started both bikes up side by side and you couldn't even hear the lourved version, Honestly my bike sounded like a hybrid sewing machine. I called TAB and ask if they had any advice, no, Just buy another set of baffles, so i did. Just put them on and again they sound terrific. So then I spent even more money and called Tab to order the slash cut tips in black to put on the back of my Chrome pipes. Im telling you, They are all black on my Mako Shark Fade and look and sound amazing, They are chrome with black tips on my Whiskey Neat and simply amazing. Dont bother with anything less then the Zombie Baffles. Thank You TAB
Zombie baffles are the way to go! I just put a full TAB exhaust on my 23 RG CVO and OMG! I can’t wait to release the video! Sorry for the late response, for some reason TH-cam held your comment for review. I appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback
Beautiful bike, ironically I when the opposite way from you. I just traded in my 2021 Road King Special Vivid black ( which I loved, don't take me wrong),for a 2023 Street Guide Special Vivid Black. Like I said, I did love the Road King but I'm in my mid 40's and after a while the long distant road trips, the wing fatigue got to me. Besides, I enjoy the radio entertainment and the Navigation system too. I do have a question, I'm strongly thinking on getting the same pipes. Did you tune your bike after you installed the pipes? God bless and be safe!!!
I appreciate it! If you're just doing slip one, you don't have to get a tune. If you change the pipes and the air filter, then you have to get it tuned. On my street glide I used the Vance and Hines FP3 tuner and it had an auto tune feature that worked well. I just got the street glide professionally tuned, and it made a world of difference. I gained roughly 50 more miles on a tank of gas. The road king is less enjoyable on long trips, so I use my street glide for that. I'll use the road king for short trips and practice in the parking lot. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Do they give u the option to upgrade parts when you initially purchase the bike? Is there a resale market for all the factory parts your changing out? Damn I love that color.
Quick question on the tab performance zombie exhaust. I just ordered them and looked through from one end to the next and there’s nothing inside the pipes. Is that normal for zombies or should there be something in there?
I didn't have to re tune it. It's suggested to re tune if you change your headers or air intake. If you're doing just the slip ons, you are good to go!
The only wire gaskets I can think of are the exhaust port gaskets, but that’s for where the header pipes go into the engine. There isn’t any other gaskets for the slip ons

They sound good Joe 🤙🏻🤙🏻 Bet they sound even better after the cam swap!! 😂
This is going to be my practice bike, so no cam in the future 🤣 However, I might possibly throw a cam in my Street Glide 🤔
Joe I just ordered mine there going to be 4 1/2 slips ons for me 2020 cvo street glide with the 117ci. I can't wait to install them
You're going to love them James! Let me know what you think after you install them!
nice brother !!! very nice !!!
Thanks brother!
Put on Tab performance catless header w 50 cals,n zombie baffles n it'll b a whole new world 4 u.
😉
I did that when I had my street glide. Sounded mean!
Do they give u the option to upgrade parts when you initially purchase the bike? Is there a resale market for all the factory parts your changing out? Damn I love that color.
Yes you can tack on the parts when you buy the bike. And there is a market for stock parts, but it's not very profitable!
nice box and nice shirt
Thank you!
Quick question on the tab performance zombie exhaust. I just ordered them and looked through from one end to the next and there’s nothing inside the pipes. Is that normal for zombies or should there be something in there?
There are baffles in there. Mine look the same. Nothing to worry about!
Did you need to re tune your road king after putting on the Tabs?
I didn't have to re tune it. It's suggested to re tune if you change your headers or air intake. If you're doing just the slip ons, you are good to go!
I have rinhearts now should I do Tabs
I personally love them. You can never go wrong with TAB!
@ ordered a set minutes ago
@ awesome! You’re gonna love em!
Do they make a full exhaust system for that or just slip on?
They make a full exhaust. I have a full exhaust by them on my 17 Street glide and the .50 cals sound even meaner!
Hi I’m in the UK, my 2023 Road King exhaust has a wire gasket where the slip ons fit the header, didn’t yours
The only wire gaskets I can think of are the exhaust port gaskets, but that’s for where the header pipes go into the engine. There isn’t any other gaskets for the slip ons
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures my OEM and my new slip one both had and needed a spacer gasket because they had different circumferences
@charliegraham7708 interesting. I have never seen that before
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures use be for the European market ?
@charliegraham7708 it’s a possibility
Should I switch to TAB
If you want a loud and great sounding exhaust!
