Hey Matt, I have a 2007 kawi Vulcan 1500. I grew up with Harley’s in my family and certainly want to upgrade. I’ve watched most of, if not all, of your videos. I really enjoy the destination videos! I live in rural North Dakota, north of Fargo a few hours so there’s not much for sight seeing! I’ve been thinking about getting a street glide so that I can go on some longer rides than I do now. You’ve really helped answer a ton of questions I’ve had about Harley’s, starting at the model I want, to some of the upgrades. These videos are great and informational to help people decide what kind of accessories would match their personality with an honest review! Thank you!

I just added a set of TAB performance 50 cal slip ons to 2014 ultra limited, they sound amazing. Footnote, Custom Dynamics led lights puts HD lights to shame any day of the week and twice on Sundays… and, they are guaranteed for life to the original owner/buyer.
I have a 2022 roadglide special reef blue and vivid black. I love my bike but a part of me wish I got the roadglide limited. My daughter loves to right with me. My wife hops on every now and then. I love the ripping the streets part of the video. Getting to see a full dresser from a side view while in motion really changes how I see and feel about them. Great video bro.
Great video! Tabs are made here in my hometown of Lincoln, Ne! I am glad they are getting their name out more and more and making my hometown proud! I also dig those bars that Andrew put on. I wish I had come across those before I purchased the KST's that I put on my Street Glide. I like the T-Bar look without going the full $$$$ that you have to go with the full enchilada! Guess I am going for the Vindikta's!! Thanks again for the content Matt!!!
I had the 4.5 inch on my 18 RK Spec, 20 Challenger, and 21 RG, Straight cut diamond, now I got the 5 inch straight on my 22 RG Spec, with the stretched bags they fill in all that open area👍
I have Road Glide ST with TAB performance 50 cal zombie baffles the sounds it’s perfect , I was very lucky that the parts department of Laidlaw’S Harley Davidson had them and installed them the same day I bought my bike.
Andrew is always doing the coolest stuff to his rides, well as cool as allowed in Cali anyway, and his supervisional skills are unmatched, kinda like Matt's content, well and his Earnhardt level mustache...jk guys, best vids on the www, just my $.02....P.S. love Mickey's Road King that thing matches his personality....i.e. Badassary. Running the S&S 2-1 Sidewinder Exhaust with catalyst on my very rare (1 year only) '21 RGS Snake Venom with black pkg. Also sporting the matching S&S Ghost Pipe to maintain symmetry with the OE stretched bags. Performs well, sounds excellent and looks excellent. The boost in torque (and horsepower) is noticeable. Just the right amount of exhaust note, IMO. But then again, I'm running Stage-2 (S&S 465 cam chest kit), Fuel Moto # 3956 ventilator style air cleaner (w/stock OE ventilator cover) and tuned with Dynojet PV3b and Map from Fuel Moto. Crankcase ventilation with a Trask M8 Checkvent. HD Fan added to the oil cooler. Tunes by Rockford-Fosgate/HD Stage-2 (3-way) 4-speaker (2 fairing/2 bags) 1 400w amp and SirrusXM. Dakota Digital to monitor everything (including Engine Oil Temperature & Engine Temperature) at all times. HD 9" Lo-chisel Bars and full Kahuna Collection. HD color matched CVO Lower fairing/chin spoiler, Hugger front fender, & headlamp surround trim. Love it!
I just recently bought same bike as Andrew, same year, and color :). Still all stock, but those Tabs might be my first performance upgrade when the time comes.
Just installed some Tab 4.5 BAM Sticks with Zombie baffles. Replaced my V&H with them. Sounds great and I love how you can change the tip orientation. Have mine upside down and they mimic the back of the bag angle.
I think if you're someone who wants their exhaust to be loud and you want to go just the muffler route than the tab with Zombie baffles is hard to beat. Enjoy the exhaust man. Thanks for the comment

Hey Matt I’ve got a 2020 CVO limited. I’ve asked a round a few places and have been told the 118 is hard to get great sound out of. They are suggesting a 2 to 1 cam work and so on. About 5 to 7 G’s in costs. So do think the pipes with the zombie baffles would do the same for the 118 as they do for the 114 because they sound great in the video. Loud is good he in Eastern Washington people are to in touch with bikes since the riding season is relatively short compared to southern states. Thanks man love all the videos you do
Im running the TAB 2.25" mediums and what a difference from stock. I just wanted to change the sound so I can be heard and this did the job. Although still not Cali legal per the website.

I have a 19 RG ultra and went with the SE slipons. How to the compare to the tab 2.5 baffle mufflers. I know that the zombies are louder I've heard those
You can’t go wrong with Screamin’ eagle for fit, finish, and performance but they aren’t as loud as most of the after market. SE is also great for warranty because they take on any bike warranty duration you have on the bike as long as they are installed in the first 60 days of ownership
So I’ve got the Limited CVO. Looking for ideas making mine a lot louder or at least better sounding than it is. Only suggestions I’ve had so far is to go from two to 1 pipe and cams and other stuff. My bike no longer has a warranty so that’s not an issue. Thanks
Your stache is killin it sir!! Nice video. Are you aware of any difference in power between the different diameters? I like the sound of the 4.5" but I wonder about clearance. NC I have Rinehart xtreme without the catalytic converters and still passes emissions tests and no check engine lights
Unless you have a taller shock on there you shouldn't have any clearance issues with the 4.5. I don't think there is any notable power differences between different diameter mufflers. You do get a little more power with the tab mufflers when compared to stock
Purchased my 2022 Heritage with Tab slip ons. I was wondering how the dealership gets away with selling a bile without catalytic converters. If I were to take them off or tamper with the emissions system I believe it's a felony.

So the warranty part has nothing to do with the court case Harley had recently? So the feds ruled in Harley's favor in not honoring the warranty of aftermarket parts?
Certainly do, when you lose back pressure in the exhaust system. You can have an exhaust system that makes torque and breathes well with cam and intake at low RPM that has some back pressure, or you can have a system designed for top HP (where mostly nobody on the street rides, anyways, with any frequency) with a little bit of back pressure on top of the HP curve and no pressure down low. Only way around it is to do it the way Honda does on their 1100 Africa Twin exhaust system from 2020 on. They've implemented a valve inside the muffler that diverts to larger baffle system at higher rpms.
I’ve seen nick and Andrew spend well over 100k in bikes in 3 years, how the fuck do they afford to do this? I don’t understand it at all, I didn’t know Harley dealer employees made 120k a year, with COL in California and the price of the bikes not including the 30k in parts I’ve seen nick spend on the 2 low riders he built, I’m just not understanding how they afford to do that??
California really sucks. No wonder many are leaving. I have an Ultra and an Indian Challenger. Indian has no issue covering Lloydz tune and with Chieftain even the whole Lloydz performance upgrade including cams. For that reason I am not upgrading my Ultra and will not be purchasing any more Harleys. Tired of their same old b.s.

I have Tabs with medium baffles on an Indian Springfield with stage 2s and they sound awesome. I have the Zombie baffles as well but haven't switched them out with the mediums yet, not sure I will. I really like the sound with the mediums. They have a nice low rumble at idle and decel and not overly loud when I'm listening to music with my buds.

The gray isn't really my style, but that Ultra looks sweet. Love the lights on the back. Just wondering if those bars block the view of the outer gauges. They appear to in the video, but it may just be the angle of the camera. Those pipes sound great.
Dude. Tab mufflers with “zombie” baffles Are literally one of the louder more “tin” sounding ones available You want deep tone but loud Rhinehart only And no I’m not a Harley guy. I ride a kawi vaquero and a victory vision
@@MattLaidlaw I had them put on at Sturgis at TAB's tent. They asked if I wanted to keep the ones they took off and I told to put them with the rest of the scrap.
Tabs with zombies are the best with stock bikes. Makes them sound like totally different animals. Sound good on upgraded bikes too but if tuned a certain way they get quiet. I know this cuz of my current retune. Still sound good though
Are these only CARB compliant for touring models? I looked at the website's page for my low rider s and it says they do not ship to California as it is not compliant, could anyone explain? Appreciate it!
Hey Matt , throw on some Thunder Header slip ons with catless header and see how you like em. Bet you love it . I do on my 21RGS WITH WOODS WM8-22XE CAM AND TUNE
I run slip ons and a screamin eagle intake w/o a tune and my Electra runs and sounds great. 100x better than stock for sure. I wanted it for the sound really, IDC too much about performance but its definitely better. I've heard a lot of mixed comments on whether you NEED to tune your M8 engine with just a slip on and more open air intake. All I know is Im doing it. And I saved several hundred dollars...
What do people from out of state do if they are riding in California and they need some repairs done on their bikes at your dealership? I always thought America was one country, but it is actually 50 separate countries in a Union.

Ive had 17 motorcycles, and of the ones where I just changed the muffler I have never noticed much of a difference. You have to change the head pipe.

I have an Ultra and an Indian Challenger. Indian has no issue covering Lloydz tune and with Chieftain even the whole Lloydz performance upgrade including cams.
For that reason I am not upgrading my Ultra and will not be purchasing any more Harleys.

Louvered baffle
I have Tabs with medium baffles on an Indian Springfield with stage 2s and they sound awesome. I have the Zombie baffles as well but haven't switched them out with the mediums yet, not sure I will. I really like the sound with the mediums. They have a nice low rumble at idle and decel and not overly loud when I'm listening to music with my buds.

The gray isn't really my style, but that Ultra looks sweet. Love the lights on the back. Just wondering if those bars block the view of the outer gauges. They appear to in the video, but it may just be the angle of the camera. Those pipes sound great.

I had some cheap Chinese thing off of eBay on my 18th St. glide until two years ago. I put tabs on it, what an amazing sound and improvement.

@@MattLaidlaw I had them put on at Sturgis at TAB's tent. They asked if I wanted to keep the ones they took off and I told to put them with the rest of the scrap.
Tabs with zombies are the best with stock bikes. Makes them sound like totally different animals. Sound good on upgraded bikes too but if tuned a certain way they get quiet. I know this cuz of my current retune. Still sound good though

Are these only CARB compliant for touring models? I looked at the website's page for my low rider s and it says they do not ship to California as it is not compliant, could anyone explain? Appreciate it!
Hey Matt , throw on some Thunder Header slip ons with catless header and see how you like em. Bet you love it . I do on my 21RGS WITH WOODS WM8-22XE CAM AND TUNE
I run slip ons and a screamin eagle intake w/o a tune and my Electra runs and sounds great. 100x better than stock for sure. I wanted it for the sound really, IDC too much about performance but its definitely better. I've heard a lot of mixed comments on whether you NEED to tune your M8 engine with just a slip on and more open air intake. All I know is Im doing it. And I saved several hundred dollars...

What do people from out of state do if they are riding in California and they need some repairs done on their bikes at your dealership? I always thought America was one country, but it is actually 50 separate countries in a Union.
