Hi, Maddy! Could you please educate us a little about doming during abs focused exercises? Is it actually a thing to avoid? I feel anxious every now and then as i stumbled upon that video telling me such belly position being caused by lack of proper muscle engagement. So, if you're ever to elaborate on this topic, i'd be so glad
If you want actual toned arms (and not just a slight pump), you’re gonna need dumbbells way heavier than that. I guarantee she didn’t get that fit by using such small weights.

At the end of this short she mentions that you can find the full follow along video on her TH-cam channel. You have to go to her channel and scroll down until you find the five minute arm workout. I had to do that. There she names and explains each arm exercise, the do’s and don’t’s, and completes the full workout in the 30 sec intervals. That way you don’t have to keep playing the short over again🙂👍

Tried this with 5lb dumbbells, they were way too heavy for these workouts! I think I need to invest in 2 or 3lbers! The 5 minute workouts are always the most intense!

I think it would be preferable to use 2-3 kg weighed dumbbells. I have the 3 kg ones in my home so I am gonna try it with those.
