Tried this with 5lb dumbbells, they were way too heavy for these workouts! I think I need to invest in 2 or 3lbers! The 5 minute workouts are always the most intense!
Hi, Maddy! Could you please educate us a little about doming during abs focused exercises? Is it actually a thing to avoid? I feel anxious every now and then as i stumbled upon that video telling me such belly position being caused by lack of proper muscle engagement. So, if you're ever to elaborate on this topic, i'd be so glad

I think it would be preferable to use 2-3 kg weighed dumbbells. I have the 3 kg ones in my home so I am gonna try it with those.
