    Heather, GIRL! I love everything about this workout from the intensity level (pushed me to my limit), to the variety (upper, lower body and cardio!) to the length (a good quick workout with warm up and cool down). I could not ask for more.. except asking for more like this one! lol

    I found your workouts last week, I was really having a hard time finding will to do anything, after my surgery time recovery, I just fell out of the routine, but your workouts woke me up, they are amazing, hard but still fun, time just flies, thank you so much for these videos and keep it up.

    Wow I loved this. I had a total hip replacement 5 months ago and this is the first real workout I have done. I slipped in a few modifications to keep my joint healthy, but overall managed to get through to the end. Feeling pumped and energised, just in ime for my 50th birthday tomorrow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this brilliant workout.

    This was a perfect workout- loved it. I was in an afternoon slump and lethargic (after wrangling my 4 and 2 year old) but feel so good after. Thank you:) I love the minimal talking, production/editing A LOT

    Wow. Just wow! I've been doing exercise for 2 years now in the gym and with other workout trainers here in youtube, and it has been a while since I got this tired! Thank you for this amazing workout! At last, one that is on my level! I will do this same workout the rest of the days of the week when I train, see if the next time I can do the whole workout without stopping!

    Second time I do this one, I like the mixture of weights and cardio! Some are quite tough for me, like the burpees, but that's just the point, to see how one improves gradually. Thank you!

    This workout was tough!! But so effective..really love the exercises, variety, and that there's only two sets for each circuit but DAMN
