Dear Sir, I would like to add my daily experience for this. I live in Australia now but I am from Badulla Sri Lanka. The nature gives me enormous amount of happiness . The trees and the morning sky in the dawn are special. Nothing that money can buy makes me happy as much as the trees do. When the trees sway in the breeze it is such a beautiful view that thrills me with happiness. There are lots of trees on the way to my work and they make me feel so good. The words that I whispers in my mind are " hey, you are beautiful and I love you". I work with migrants to Australia from different parts of the world and they are very lovely and my work is filled with spreading loving kindness to them and all my co-workers. They too respond in the same kind way that I treat them. Having such a great connection with nature would feel stupid for another person. But I feel I am so much connected with trees and nature. Every morning I go and look at the sunrise and see the beauty and the lovely colours the sun makes in the sky. I thank the nature for giving me such a beautiful view. Every day it shows me a beautiful sky. I am a person always enjoyed solitude and nature is my best companion. It is not the material things that gives happiness but simple things.
I except dear I m also love natures in the world all people's are love green can talk also with tree can happy but our mind have to be strong keep happy we have to-do meditation
Dear Mr Balasuriya,, It is a blessing to listen to your lectures every day. This is something I look forward to every morning soon after meditation and also your lectures help me to centre my self when things get bit out of control.
