    My husband has atypical antibodies, which happened after getting the covid vaccine. So he can no longer give plasma, which he used to do all the time, before getting the vaccine. Can you tell me anything about that? They just said that it would be harmful if someone else physically came into contact with his blood, and said it can be as simple as being around someone and breathing the same air. Which makes no sense, because it wasnt an issue pre covid vaccine.

    • @Hope-ot1xy
      @Hope-ot1xy ปีที่แล้ว

      I have never heard of that. Who is it that told your husband that breathing the same air as him would be dangerous or being close to him would be dangerous?

    • @iriskoomi2857
      @iriskoomi2857 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Hope-ot1xy lmao the person that checked him in to give plasma the 2nd time he went in. They told him he cant do it anymore because of the anti bodies in his blood. He questioned it, and they said you would either get that from a blood transfusion or sometimes even from just being around people. He asked if he should be careful around his family, they said no dont worry about it. Like ok? That makes no sense.

    Thanks for this info. I started off with Leaky gut from SIFO/SIBO. But no one had diagnosed either of those except holistic drs. So I had to go on gluten diet becouse most of the food I ate were all diet related. Then with no gallbladder no one mentioned enzymes and acid intake before eating so food was not being digested. Most of what i know came from the holistic approach.. Then my diet was high carbs, sugar and fat. I did not use antibx or drugs as i keeep having side effects. While the probiotis I was taking had the prebiotics. All this started about 8 years ago with UTI's. I had fungus on my toes. So the bad bacteria kept growing because my diet helped it. Until I listened to the holistic drs'. I was eating leafy gree vegs, nuts, seeds etc while taking the supplements you mentioned. Now I've lost weigt again, avoiding the foods for now and just staying with meat(grassfed). Because my gut was reacting to any fats, carb, sugar, legumes. nuts etc. But I'm still staying gluten free. Thanks for listening. Didn't mean to be so descriptive. Hoping to see a Gastroenterologist in Feb.) No, I'm not going to take antibx. Learnt the it doesn't help bacteria in gut.

    Regarding lectins in the outer coating of legumes as described at the 20:05 mark, you mention soaking and pressure cooking. I've heard that advice corroborated by other sources. On my own, I noticed that with certain legumes (for example lima beans and chick peas), the outer skins can slip off after soaking overnight. Although it takes longer, I've been rubbing them with my fingers to remove the skins just to be extra safe. Wondering if anyone else has tried this, and if you think it's worth the time

    What are the 3 supplements you would recommend if you can't afford to purchase all of them. At this time for the autoimmune. I have your magnesium and methyl b complex. And I'm currently using the 225 probiotic and IGg guard. But will be running out of the probiotic soon. And how's long do you recommend to stay on the supplements to get control of lowering the numbers with the autoimmune. Thank you for explaining your videos i love learning and i love how easy it is to understand.

    • @drrajsree

      Great question! Vitamin D and Omega 3 Fish oil are also very important in autoimmune disease. For gut supplements like IgG Guard and Probiotic 225 it's good to observe your symptoms and bowels to determine duration of treatment. If cost is an issue, taking the Probiotic 225 a few times a week (rather than daily) is an option. Best wishes, RN

    Thank you for your videos. Please could you do a separate video about MCAS? I have been diagnosed with it and have very chronic Lyme Disease, the residue of several old virus and toxoplasmosis plus the stress of severe stenosis in my neck and spine from injuries and bilary dyskinesia. I have life limiting UTI type irritation which is spoken of as being indicative of MCAS (urine tests are clear and there is no tumor or mass in the area). I have watched your auto-immune video and the one about histamine. The 2 things that have helped most over the last 2 years are avoiding histamine and oxalate containing foods. I also do not eat nightshades, gluten, dairy, alcohol, fermented products, legumes or seafood, which helps with Fibromyalgia pain, brain fog, edema, blurred vision, vertigo and fatigue. One 20mg dose of plain Loratidine helps with occasional itchy eyes and nasal passages and swollen lips. I am unable to use any other anti-histamine or other medications because of MCS. None of the recommendations for natural gut healing have made any difference. I look forward to you having an effective DAO product - none I have purchased have worked at all but may not contain much active DAO. One produced in Portugal sounds good but is very expensive, especially shipped to Canada so haven't tried it yet. Surely a detailed MCAS video could be a great help to me and many others. Thank you in advance for your consideration of my request.

    0:11: 🔬 Autoimmune diseases are on the rise, affecting millions of people worldwide and causing the immune system to attack various organs.
    4:24: 🍽 The food we eat has a significant impact on gene expression, gut health, and inflammation in the body.
    8:46: 📚 Environmental factors, such as smoking, medication, and breast implants, can trigger autoimmune diseases.
    13:46: 🔬 Multiple hits to the immune system can trigger autoimmune diseases, including genetic tendencies, viral infections, exposure to antibiotics, processed and inflammatory foods, toxins in the environment, inflammation in the gut, disruption of the gut microbiome, and chronic stress.
    17:16: ! Exposure to microbes in early life can impact the immune system and the incidence of autoimmune diseases.
    21:27: ✅ In order to improve digestion and reduce inflammation, it is helpful to soak nuts, consume white basmati rice, eat anti-inflammatory foods, and ensure organic or grass-fed meat.
    25:48: 💡 Lowering inflammation in autoimmune disease can be achieved through autophagy, exercise, stress management, spending time outdoors, and getting good quality sleep.

      The general ones for autoimmune disease would apply like vitamin D3 with K2, Omega 3 Fish oil, Calcium, Magnesium, Probiotics.

      I'm sorry I can't advise here. It's best to discuss with your thyroid specialist for further guidance. I do have a video all about Cancer if you want to learn more about preventing cancer.
