Very few doctors in the world do ever
educate their patients, rather they are least bothered to educate them & address the root cause. Shockingly Most of them are not even aware of the true information mentioned in this video ! Kudos to this genuin, honest & True Qualified doctor for putting so much efforts & time to impart true knowledge in order to understand & treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms.

I’m here bc I’m doing tons of research on my hormones and hormonal acne. I failed the glucose test when I was pregnant (almost two years ago) and my doctors never did any other testing to see why my blood sugar was spiking so badly. All they did was say drink more water and exercise more….when I had a job where I was already on my feet all day. After doing my own research, I’ve concluded for myself that I’m insulin resistant. It makes sense bc all of my grandparents have dealt with diabetes. I’m just so done with dealing with the lethargy, hormonal acne, and anxiety that my diet has probably caused. I’m going to seriously start a healthier paleo lifestyle and I’ll check back in a few weeks too see my progress. Thank for this video, this clears up so much 🙏

Wow such a blessing for my need. I've struggled on weight loss all my life. When others loose weight I seem to gain. When I did keto the first time and added excercise I lost weight and 2hen you are over 300 lbs the energy is absent which hinders alot of things. This time I've struggled and through prayer I've understood as I have asked the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance 🙏. I feel that insulin resistance is the main issue. I've seen several videos including Dr. FUNG. I've made changes and today this simple video with animation will be shared to freinds and family. For me IF makes a difference. I don't snack. Very rare. I have noticed that in the beginning it's not good to add all those goodies even if keto approved. 😉 thank you I will look into the supplements and I also check my ketones and glucose. GkI. @Jb 444 Small amounts of cooked veggies like Bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, the basics. After reading about the high amounts of Anti-nutrients and oxolates in leafy greens like spinach and kale, I decided to cut those out. They block the absorption of vitamins and nutrients.

@@frankiefernandez5252 l like ur approach not only ur aware of bad vegetables but ur picking the best vegetables too but what about fats like fatty cut of meats or fat on beef in general a lot of people say fat should be avoid or minimal or they say lean beef cuts should be the first choice when dealing with insulin resistance, what’s ur take on this? Because l don’t if they mean fats like vegetables oil or fats from meats. Thanks

    • @frankiefernandez5252
      @frankiefernandez5252 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

@Jb 444 All meat has fat, but I prefer fattier cuts like a rib eye. I focus on quality, like grass-fed meats and pasture-raised eggs. Seafood about twice a week like salmon and sardines, but easy on the bottom dwellers that tend to have more mercury like shrimp, claims, oysters. Hamburger meat, Calf liver, ground lamb or bison, are great too.

Great video. What do you think about making another one including diet guidance for vegetarians. Would like to send to a few people I know who are vegetarian, are pre-diabetic, and could benefit from a diet plan more suited for them. Also if you could include protein and getting all the essential amino acids yet also keeping carbs low. I find this is somewhat a little more challenging on a vegetarian diet and takes more a conscious mindful approach. Thanks !!!

I just found your videos on Christmas Day of 2021, and what a great gift it is to finally understand that controlling diabetes is possible. I am struggling with type one diabetes and have many questions about how to apply these techniques to my condition. Most of what I've been told has consisted of confusing conversation and incomplete documentation, leaving me to my own means, and this has only made things worse. I am uncertain how to apply intermittent fasting and type one diabetes, as it's different than type 2. Can I treat it the same, or, is there a different approach that I should use? Help me Obiwan, you're my only hope. Thank you for your time.

    Thank you for your videos.
Having been a prediabetic for 20 years since 2000 finally I became aware of all the issues about diabetes, NAFLD , CTCa 370 etc. in late 2020.
Starting 2 years ago within 1 year on low carb vegetarian food I reversed NAFLD, reversed diabetes and lost 16 kg to get to a BMI of 27 from 32. Blood numbers HDL LDL TRIG are excellent
But over the last 1 year the numbers are not improving. HbA1C is stuck at 5.5 weight at 80kg and fasting insulin has come down from 17 to 13. I get palpitations in the early hours of morning high BP in the mornings for a few hours (have given up Candasartan and Metformin for 1 year). sleep is much better for last 6 months but still disturbed.
How do I get my fasting insulin down and stop the early morning Cortisol rush. Thank you

Hello Dr Nabudripad - Love your videos. Your videos are well structured. Any recommendations on how to reverse prostate inflammation / BPH. Please make a video on that. I was diagnosed diabetic 7 years back and I took it too seriously. Unfortunately what I got is all bad advises. Exercise, eating small multiple meals, portion control, etc. Initially it worked but I became a food addict and my numbers could not stay low. Slowly I started having prostrate enlargement and severe food craving. I switched to Keto for a while and I now follow a low carb near paleo diet.

It gives me wonderful results. But mam ,I can't understand whether I am in a state of insulin resistance or deficient in insulin.I am taking insulin sc for last 10 years. Please give me suggestions what can I do to avoid insulin taking and reverse insulin resistance. I am 66 and free from most of the detrimental effects of DM.

You can check your blood fasting insulin (would need to skip the sc insulin the night before and morning of the test to see what your own fasting insulin is, to know if you are insulin-resistant or not).

    • @drrajsree

They could be type 1 diabetics, which is completely different. It’s an auto immune condition where the pancreatic beta cells stop producing insulin. So it’s the opposite of the insulin resistance we see in type 2 diabetics.

Then, for vegetarians and vegans, all Beans/Peas ( Chickpea, Cow-Peas, Kidney, Red, Fava, Navy, Pinto, etc.) are excellent sources for protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins).
