Great video 👍. I like the route you chose putting it to the test with those curbs. That's a concern for me when using summon. The M3 Hw3 handled it very well, nice distance from the curbs, very encouraging. 🙂
Thanks for watching! Yeah, that cameras blocked issue I had was likey. A result of rain drops on the cameras but glad I was able to get summon to activate. Next step is actually parking in a space.
I got ASS the other day in my 2024 highland. I washed it and dried it then tried to send it forward to go back in the garage, as I had done many times in the past with earlier models. It wouldn't go past the opening of the garage. so I said ok fucker, I'll go inside the garage and press come to me. In which it proceeded to reverse down my driveway. Tried the same two moves two days later and it did them perfectly. So, not sure why... ty

@@TeslaFamilyChannel in a real world scenario, the car can't come to get you then pull into a parking lot then reverse out again to take you off, it's so pointless. It was designed to come pick you up and take off immediately. Same as if you go to a big hotel and you ask for those car guys who bring your car to you, to bring your car. He'll not park it in a lot, he'll park it directly in front of you where you're standing so you can get in immediately and take off. The Tesla will only park itself if you drop off and ask it to go park itself via the app.

Thanks for watching! It's currently limited to about 280 feet or a football field away and can only be used in parking lots.

How you got 12.5.4 on your 18 M3? My 18 M3 was stuck on 12.3.6 :(

Thanks for watching! You need to subscribe to or buy the Full Self-Driving update to get Actually Smart Summon. It's bundled along with auto park.
Will it be activated if I just subscribe on FSD?
