He did not invent that, he stole the worst type of tourist trap we know in the Czech Republic 😅
MEATY KOK WHIPPED OUT AT YOGA CLASS. WOMAN WHIPS OUT A HUGE KOK AFTER SHOWING HER BULGE TO THE YOGA TEACHER
And it's Hungarian
Its slovakian from Skalica ;-)
@@obnovec It's not Slovak, do your research. It's the literal copy of the original kürtőskalács brought there by a Hungarian. Quit lying and stealing others' cuisine
Slovakia has trademark for it, this is fact. If you refer for the other fact, Slovakia was not existing back there, yes, we can agree on that. But in the nowadays region of skalica it came very popular. We believe a austro-hungarian empire general brought to skalica a cook from nowadays Romania (transilvania), who created this recipe... Thus also Romanians can say it is their cake ;-) nobody can track to the very single person who did this the 1st time, but maybe to the region where it started to grow yes...
"You guys accepted my offer, and for that reason I'm out." -Barbara, probably
Imagine hearing "One shark left" and it being Barbara 😅... although she did offer on this one
Exactly my thought, but she made a fair offer and it's a good match.
Once they said franchise Barbara became the only shark they were going to get an offer from
🤡🤡
She closes the most deals of all sharks. Doesn't look like some sort of hero and then dump 'em when the TV cameras turn off
Mark and Lori dump two out of three deals they take.
So if you're counting on help pretty darn soon - I'd be thrilled if Barbara was left standing.
Cuz she is the shark that will pull out her wallet and put her money where her mouth is two out of three times
whereas the other sharks, aside from damon,(who changes the terms on the most deals) will back out two out of three times
Her businesses are important to her, they're just another toy to Mark Cuban and his children
I think for company not yet cashflow positive, Barb made fair offer.... not so sharky
Mark kept eating and enjoying the food while thy are negotiating LOL
congratulations to Barbra on her first offer on shark tank history 🏆
lmao
Fr
She's made tons of offers previously. Google is your friend
I know its a running joke for years but barbara made more deals than some other ones, and pretty successful at that
@@samuelsanchez7874 ik lil bro just keeping the famous “ i’m out” rolling
Barb is literally the best partner for this. Most of her food franchises hit it out of the park
10:16 I love when mark chimes in on another deal while hes nomming on something 😂
Imagine still giving input while being out while 2 separate parties are discussing TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ...... while stuffing your face😅😂😅😂😅
OHHHHH how id love to be at the level in life😅
Great copy of a “Czech“ (actually Hungarian) snack. I even love how it's called “Crispý Cones“ :D
Actually Romanian.
They don’t know what crispý means. It’s sad. This desert originated in Slovakia town of Skalica, in 17th century.
bullshit lmao thats a szekler hungarian snack
@@romanyoutube3141
@@romanyoutube3141It's not, do your research. Has nothing to do with Romania. Will you stop stealing others' cuisine
If you think there are any original ideas nowdays I have a bridge you sell you. R&D. Ripoff and duplicate.
How did you come up with this?
Him: I stole it 😅
This happens all the time…GROW UP.
@@BT-mc2yd lmao who hurt you crybaby
Did any of you watch the video? He said he saw it in the Czech Republic and wanted to bring it to the US.
Seriously 😂😂😂 he literally tells them he didn’t come up with it. I guess we should never have pizza or sushi businesses here in the US because the food is from Italy and Japan 🤣🤣🤣
So is Sushi.
It’ll be another 10 seasons before Barbara makes another offer 🎉
😂😂😂😂 I was eating and almost chocked with this comment
It's a common "fake-traditional" tourist trap in central and eastern europe. Funny to see someone try to push it in the states.
Its call Trdelník
Just another cringe Mormon
Only saw them in Croatia, but they do slap
@@1209bim It's called many things in many countries, it's not traditional to any of them. It's a modern invention.
Ice cream sucks
Can someone please film them when they try to register the US trademark, and find out they need to go through the EU Intellectual Property Office because it's registered in Slovakia, not Czechia?
It's Hungarian not Slovak
It’s food. Why on Earth would they need to do that?
They can register a TRADEMARK to protect their dessert BRAND (name, logo, brand identity).
I think the word you’re looking for is PATENT, which protects unique inventions from getting copied / stolen. So they might not be able to patent this food invention, but i doubt he’d ever want to. He never said he invented it. He’s just the first to commercially bring the food to the USA, (which does count for something)
Looks like the deal closed and they now have 5 stores, and 3 more coming soon. Can't wait to try out the Orlando location!
Diabetes cone 😂
It's called Tredelnik, it's a cheap to make snacks for tourists in Czechia.
Flour, oil ( rapeseed or sunflower ), flour, eggs, a little bit of sugar and baker's yeast are the only ingredients.
Trdelnīk. Not in my MIL’s original recipe, but it’s probably good enough for tourists who don’t know better. Regardless, it’s really stolen idea, and from missionaries!!!! Who gave them recipe??
@@evabalga6133 yea here its selled everywhere i go and best is he say he added the ice cream to it but in reality you can buy that here too and even for cheaper worst is he calls it he invented it but in reality he just moved it to america from europe. + stealing the ý when i dont think he even know what it is.
@@Mataczer Precisely!!! Where do you live? Are you Czech?
yes i was born here.@@evabalga6133
Its Hungarian
Trdelnik (the original crispy cone) is a tourist rip off in Czech Republic 😂
And??
How is it a rip off ? Everyone’s saying that but what makes it a rip off? They mark it up high or what?
Funny thing about Barbara is that even though she's out most times before anyone has pitched anything, when she is in she wins the deal over the other sharks often lol.
time traveler: moves a chair
meanwhile Barbara: I'm gonna make you an offer
Guy: "Barbara can I give you a hug"
Barbara: "Young guy like you..."
Barbara always thirsty for the young guys 😅. Stay thirsty my friend.
She’s barking up the wrong tree 😂
Hahahahahahahah
Bro just went to Prague, saw "Trdelník" and took it to america and now he wants it to be his invention? BRO
Brb currently opening stores nationwide thx to Barbara 👀✨
Awesome work guys! Congrats 🙌🏼🙌🏼
sheesh the real deal
Ice cream sucks
These look DOPE. Will def check out a location if one spawns in Texas.
Someone took ENT 101 w/ Corbin 👀👀
Isn't chimney cone ice creams a pretty common thing? There's multiple spots in location from different stores not exactly a new item
Stolen idea. Known since 17th century.
A lot of things are common. Are you an investor? Is that why you’re asking this question? There’s 100s of companies that have been on shark tank that aren’t necessarily “unique” in the product or service they sell but do it in their own way.
@@Hegelschmegel-rk8vhohh! Take it easy
@@JoeMama-dt4jg I went a bit far huh? 😅
We have this in Eastern Europe for YEARS. And in much more interesting variations.
It’s mostly in Central Europe, not in Russia.
Ok well now they’re bringing it to the states
Well, Romania and Hungary and kind of Eastern Europe. @@evabalga6133
You should be happy more people are enjoying your culture
Nothing is interesting about that part of the world.
How awkward was that hug the couple gave each other.
Not sure if I’m more shocked that Barbara invested or that this dude is straight.
Based on what he said about mission, it sounds like he’s Mormon. He really took the song “Turn It Off” to heart
"invented"....yeah, right :D....more like taken the idea from Central Europe, namely Transylvania and Hungary, copying the funnel cake that goes back for a couple hundred years.
Why doesn't anyone watch the video these days before commenting? He literally said he took the idea from a trip to Europe and just made it better.
He said revolutionized not invented
@@vl1180Revolutionized??? Americans have been serving ice cream in it for decades...
Fk it , its from Albania
Apparently Mark liked it he was munching on that thing the whole negotiation lol
That's actually a Hungarian street food desert called Kurtos Kalacs :)) Look it up (if someone needs proof).
They should franchise business and it'd sky rocket or turn these into some sort of kiosk machine and place them at college's, mall's, rest areas, etc.
We are currently franchising nationwide!🎉

I love how Barbara turned on the heat at the end. The guy almost fumbled this one fighting for crumbs
They got two locations in Michigan one in Detroit and one in Southfield. They are very delicious
Barbara's done for the year now 😂
Is he implying that he came up with the idea to put soft serve inside of these?
He literally said he saw them doing on the roadside in the Czech Republic! You should listen instead of jumping to conclusions!
Click bait on intro,
On "Shark Tank!"...
LMFAO 😆😂😂😂😂
Very gut wrenching to watch this......
Barbara: im out and for that reason im in
Wait are they together? He seems too zezty. Idk but good deal
i myself prefer the crappy cone to fancy ones...
Lol...
Good Grief Jeremy ... jump at the opportunity, rather than playing with nickle & dime counter offers !
I think they should just concentrate on making the cones alone.
If only that wasnt already a thing in Central and eastern Europe everywhere. Google Trdelník. :D
Prett cool to see a Czech snack making it to the US:)
The white man does that with everybody's culture.
It's not Czech, its Hungarian
It's Hungarian
That’s a Kurtos Kolac traditional from my neighbors in Hungary
Dude literally just saw this in Europe and brought it into the US, how original...
And?
I guarantee you eat tons of ethnically influenced foods that were introduced in the US (or wherever you’re from) in the exact same way. I mean seriously, introducing something thats commonplace in one country in to another country where its brand new and the market for it is not yet established is not unheard of at all 🤦
I just knew Barbara was gonna mention Cousins Maine lobster
Help! I can't stop watching Shark Tank 😅
What sort of "Help!" do you need from us ?!? Obviously, not much since you added a ... 😅
Barbara is......... IN!!😮😮😅😅
We have this in Toronto and it’s called Eva’s Original Chimneys
This is a traditional food in Czechoslovakia, it's nothing new. 😅
He literally talked about that
Ok, I watched a little more. A lot more B.S. in the Czech Republic they have STORES that sells these and they cook them in the rotisserie style machine. And he said they sell these on the side of the streets and not basically not in stores and they use coal to cook these. He literally did NOT invent anything. He stole everything and said he invented the cooking equipment, recipe and everything. Such a douche.
Sorry to crush your illusion but Czechoslovakia doesn't exist anymore, you are living 30 years in the past.
It's Hungarian, not Czechoslovak
Rumor has it that after the pitch Barbara met them outside the studio to tell them she didn't like the ice cream and for that reason she's out
😂😂😂
Whose going to tell his gf , if u know u know
Yeah, idk explain.
Ya explain
Lmaoo!!!!
🌈
It looks like they have a bunch of locations now . Something was right ! I’ll have to check it out one day lol there’s one by me . I had no clue 🤣
I long for the day that one of the sharks acknowledges the Barbara being out meme
For a second I thought Kevin was living in a cave when he asked "It's not fried?", lol. You guys didn't have this in USA?
Barbara after the show: I love your business. You took my offer. And for that reason, I'm out.
Lol how Barbara is not out😂😂😂
Way too much work for a simple snack lol
Apparently not they are doing well and even opening up more stores across the nation.
I love the normal ice cream cone its my favorite part
Buy a few more trailers and keep the novelty aspect for now.. Something like a campaign trail to spread your message and when you really get enough funds gathered, then the future expansion location could take place.. By scanning the country first by truck, you will be able to find the true "hot spots".

It’s funny how Barb always brings up Cousins Maine Lobster, it must’ve been a huge success for her
There’s look delicious!

It would be great to franchise the trucks!

This looks so good. I’ve actually been to rexburg Idaho, if I would’ve known about this back then I would’ve stopped by

Did you miss the part where he married her? 4:17
She *was* his employee
I would go here all the time if the deals are good lol
When Barbara was the only shark left, For a moment i thought, she'll be out for that reason.
2 sharks trying to convince them is rare
Its so foolish to start asking for single digit discounts in the valuation. Man take the god damn deal.
A trailer franchise would be a bigger op
Just had this in prague …
Mark literally eating it for the whole pitch!
Edit: And He is out ! :(
Ah the mormons
Bruh, this is literally from the Czech Republic (and from other countries in Europe idk) and they get rich for basically stealing the idea from the exact same business with Trdelník (Czech name for the pastry) that also puts ice cream on top of it, and I bet he saw this type of ice cream on trdelník, and thought hmm alright lemme do the exact same thing in America. I actually kinda feel offended.
I feel.offended for humanity..
All over central Europe you find this

Is this the Si-Fi channel ? I thought i just saw Barbara make a deal
why is the sound on these always terrible ? to get around copyright ?
It does not need to be ‘new’ to be successful. I am on the advisory board of the United Inventors Association. Some of the biggest winners are remakes and better branding of old ideas. If it makes the register ring with good margins 💰💰💰It’s a winner
Tell me you are a Mormon without telling me lol
The dowel rods look funny 😂
