I don’t think the sheep were necessary lol
It's for clickbait so their content gets more traction. It's a marketing strategy, and a smart one nonetheless cause it drew all of our attention from the thumbnail.
I dont think the product is necessary ... a razor and a soap sound better to me .....

A cat is better.
Why didn't they take Kevins offer. It was actually good.
With these types of deals where they're riding off the success of a celebrity endorsement and the consequent bump from being on the show, any royalty represents the investors doubt that the bubble won't burst. It's kind of a take advantage of the bubble until it bursts type of strategy. But they obviously want to think they're going to have a longer-term success, and hence want someone that has more confidence in such a thing. Its about alignment of vision.
@@Gabriel-fz4ysit's a time limited royalty so it's merely insurance similar to a loan structure but without the same legal guarantee. Seems you don't really understand much about investment.
@@gregorymorse8423 I actually do. A royalty by its very nature, if you read between the lines which you clearly do not, indicates an investor's doubts about long-term viability, especially if over the top of that the investor is willing to take only 2.5%. A straight Equity deal indicates more confidence in the brand and in the vision.
@@gregorymorse8423Indicates doubts about viability long term, especially if willing to take a small percentage of equity as part of the deal. Its inherently more cynical than a straight equity deal. That's why many are not open to royalty deals or loans if they have the option for straight equity, because they understand what I do, and you ,apparently, do not. Just another unimaginative sheep in finance. Have fun losing your shirt. No, Kevin's offer (and most of his offers) indicated investor doubt in long term viability of the company. Damon's licensing proposal indicated investor doubt in the brand. Lori was the correct choice. Straight equity deal.
For real. They could’ve EASILY done that. It’s basically damn near what they came in asking for. They just came for the commercial
Kevin had the best offer there... With those margins they could have been done with the royalty in the first year...
Tenth like
Probably could have been done shortly after the episode aired
8% is the best deal. They now own 46% each, that’s great.
Kevin's deal was for 2.5% they would've owned 48.75% each...and could have easily sold 1 million bottles@@Seiddac1776
You don't understand how royalties work.
Their projected sales were 5 million, a bottle sells for 45 bucks or whatever, so that's 100.000 bottles sold (a bit more).
So if they were to hit those sales and keep them up Kevin's royalties would've taken 10 years to be paid as that's how long it'd take them to sell 1 million bottles. A royalty has absolutely nothing to do with margins, it's about volume.
4:40 Kevin licking his lips at hearing 5million hahaha
For this product, writing “licking his lips” sounds provocative! 👄
I saw that too lmao
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Learn how to timestamp, why should I click it then have to rewind?
@@Ericshizzmy apologies, I was probably laughing too hard. Sorry your mood was affected by having to tap the screen a couple times.
Why she is standing with that creepy posture 😂
so she can later say people hate her and take money for body positivity charity
😁
She has an attitude problem.
blazer theory
She has an ingrown hair
5:10 Kevin: "I am all about the nether regions" 🤣
Kevin's offer was actually pretty fair without his usual greed, but I felt they wanted Lori for Marketing which I think is a wise decision at the end 😅
One of the most stupidest decisions I’ve ever seen. Kevin gave them almost exactly what they came in asking for and they’re sitting there acting like they can’t afford a buck a piece
@@leanneedwards3047they own 46% each still and remain with no debt/payments. That’s great.
they obviously never even considered working together with a man lol. women want women
@@leanneedwards3047 Exactly. Agree 100% this!
They just don't want to work with Kevin@@leanneedwards3047
For the first time i like and appreciated Kevin's offer,
1. The equity portion was exact what they asked for
2. 1$ until 1m is recovered is not too bad cuz if they sell 1m products (that can be any product) they would get rid of that royalty,
3. Furthermore he didn't aksed for royalty in perpetuaty this time
At the end they'll just be sharing 2.5% equity
* didn’t ask
Kevin wanted to be part of this so bad you can see the disappointment all over his face 😂
It’s every single pitch
I looked up the ingredients for the oil. It's a mix of common facial and hair oils you can get very cheaply. Crazy that people are actually buying their oil for a ridiculous upcharge.
Snake oil
Branding
And then that talk about having a bigger mission, bringing body positivity to everyone etc.
Dude you have >80% margins you don't care about 'everyone'...
That’s why it costs them 5 bucks to make
daymond salty as usual when they don't consider him
Not salty, having self respect.
I think most sharks can see when they are not wanted. Most entrepreneurs walk into the shark tank with one favorite shark they want to make a deal with. So after years of shark tank, I believe almost all sharks can tell when they are not the preferred shark by the entrepreneur, and they take themselves OUT themselves for that reason.
sELF RESpect for being a scammer@@blobofconsciousness
That's what Mark did at early season.
He was going out no matter what. The offer he made was just for show
Mark is so respectful. “Thank you ma’am” and he says that everytime he’s handed products
When Mark starts congratulating you you know he is out
That short hair girl needs to rethink the fake smile/hand on hip look lol 😂
What's up w/ this comment and one other that's similar below this, too? I'm assuming a young person made this comment.
It's her "power pose"
It could also be looked at as standing her ground and letting her business do the talking. It worked, they stood more quiet than verbally combative and Laurie came down from 12% to 8%.
Kevin was the best offer by a mile. Wow.
Kevin's deal was actually the best
9:29 Daymond is now in his own head about getting passed over all the time.
We all know why
@@DopeTalkTVPossibly, but there's also an entire TH-cam channel dedicated to saying he scams entrepreneurs.
Kevins deal was insane. They are crazy not to take it. Crazy. Absolutely nuts they didn't take that offer.
They were thinking what the Pavlok guy said, but kept their mouths shut.
Kevin had the best offer lol
Agree
Daymond literally was all over the place. He started to pitch a licensing deal, then try to get seven times more equity than what they were hoping for, then all of a sudden takes back his offer for no apparent reason.
He’s sorta of a baby when it comes to just sticking with his deal. Obviously everyone has a person in mind they would strike a deal with, but Daymond takes offense to that. Shark Tank has changed its ways since it started - this company had sales and great margins, yet he think he’s owed a higher percentage than what’s asked.
Mark was in a happy mood lol
I clicked on for the sheep thinking it'd be a cool sheep product. Cmon
Daymond's snarky comments about EVERYBODY'S valuation get old. Why is he even on the show? He doesn't come off as serious
DEI. And the occasional clothing deal.
I don't think Daymond has any money
You're clearly exaggerating. He doesn't make "snarky comments" about everybody's valuation. Also, can you blame him in this instance? 500k for only 2.5% is absolutely ridiculous! Like Maria said, it's basically nothing
He never buys anything 😂
@@ozzyr6751 Muvez, Sliimey Honey, Cozy Bug, Scholly & many other products would beg to differ
Barbara was out as soon as she saw the sheeps enter the room.
Plural of sheep is sheep not sheeps
🎉 That’s a great idea! Betting is always more fun with friends around, and those bonuses for referring them seem pretty generous.
I dont understand why people go for synthetic oils when pure coconut / sesame / other oils would do a much better job and are way cheaper. Most Indians use Parachute coconut oil for the hair, face and body since birth and it costs 1 dollar for 200 ml , retail.
a good business idea for this would be to take all of those and somehow make your own formula
Taking hygiene advice from Indians is not convincing anyone.
Imagine all the Social media posts Mr Wonderful and his Bald Beautiful head could do for this company. Should've taken his deal.
😂😂
6:30 she's like "this guy don't know how to stay quiet"
🃏 The live casino games are my favorite. The blackjack tables especially. Feels like the dealer is right there with you
I use Fur and had no idea they were on shark tank!! Their products are so effective and amazing!!
Are you silky smooth down there??? Interested because I may get some too
Kevins offer was genuinely good for them here like 500k for 2.5% and 1 $ till 1 mil recouped is very good as compared to other offers
they just wanted exposure - its clear from the get go (if your margins are great and you have no debt) - and offering 2.5% (somethings stinks)
"Body hair expression ". 😆 😅
kevins offer was a great deal! really surprised me.
I like how she just sat Damon’s samples on the table even though he reached for them while handed everyone else their samples whether or not they reached. In the Shark Tank the only color that should matter is green…
I rewatched it. She did the same thing for Kevin too. She handed to Lori in hand and handed towels to other lady investor. It means, they wanted Lori and had there priorities set. Come on mate, not all can be racism linked!
You’re reaching so hard trying to make this about race. You’re a troll or a clown
Deal never closed..they just wanted the exposure
How do you guys get to knwo this, I mean where
Most of the deals dont go through after more research etc
The white founder wasn't too pleased with the charity aspect 😂
Thats because a charity takes money away from the business when its needed the most. Its also rich that the sharks were haggling so much over %@@blobofconsciousness
It's funny that you assume that, There could be other reasons why the deal didn't close.
They should’ve called it “no more fur burger”. 😂😂😂😂
Anyone who is thinking about being a consumer of this product and doesn't suffer from mental illness should really pay attention to the part where they said it costs them $5 to make it and they sell it for $46. If you just enjoy being ripped off you should definitely buy this product. "Margins" is just a fancy word to say how much the customer is getting ripped off.
All beauty, fragrance, cosmetic companies have insane margins. It's almost an industry standard.
@@RickMGPinto and cigarettes kill people. So by your standards that's totally fine👍 got it.
@@mrbong123 i didn't say it's fine, i was just saying that this is the industry standard.
If you don't like it, don't buy it.
Furthermore, They will eventually lower their prices, if they don't sell. Market laws working...
@@RickMGPinto I don't buy it and I won't. Thanks for the advice.
🏏 I'm thinking of using it to bet on the cricket matches. There's a big game coming up, and that extra bonus could really come in handy
I can't even with the tech stuff, withdrawals are SUPPOSED to be FAST but it's a toss-up every time 🤔💰
🎰 Totally, but I’m still hooked on the live casino. It’s almost like being there in person, isn’t it
Weird. When this aired on television, Barbara was in the episode. She rambled about a story about a childhood trip to a farm and seeing sheep and cows. She was obviously out because she had a terrible time on the farm and couldn’t see her self reliving that experience with this company. Didn’t really make any sense too me, maybe that’s why it got cut.
So professional
Kevin's deal was the best for sure but I unnderstand why they didn't take it.
I'd wanna sit down with a calculator and a lawyor before agreeing to a deal like that with him hahaha
All I can say is Axe does well and so does Dove for Men.😂
Is Axe still around? Thought that died out with the jersey shore style
Who uses axe anymore
@@GuessTheSongMS I still get it for Christmas so I Guess I do 😂
As an esthi their products are amazing
Kevin O'Leary's offer was fantastic, but I gather that they felt his persona clashes with their brand.
All you need is Drakkar cologne to spray in the right places for whatever you want 😁 just sayin.
Kevin's offer was great for them.
3:10 lmfao oil up
Mark Cuban must feel right at home
If they negotiated down the royalty, they could have taken Kevin’s offer. But 5 mil in sales and 500k for 10% is bad
3:12, Oil up, I'll be there in 5
whats with the hand on the hip the whole time
Nervous?
Power stanceeeee
I stand like that
To covered her little nervous and show convindence.
I thought this was going to be a product from year 1600 internet, just 2 guys pitching their farming business
Kevins was the better offer
Loris aligned with their mission
She took extra percentage. They could have taken Kevin offer and put that percentage for the charity or Whatever until further notice or something
Betting and verification is such a PAIN sometimes, recalculations are a headache 😓💡 Anyone else find it overwhelming?
I bet that deal doesn't close. Does anyone know? Those two sound super difficult to work with.
Finally a product for me!
Kevin's offer is excellent
Is it just me or did she have her hand on her hips the entire time ?
Amazing company btw !
🎱 Yes, those reload bonuses can be a lifesaver, especially when you hit a rough patch. Helps to keep playing without breaking the bank
kevins offer was actually insanely good

I think they should’ve proved their mission with themselves
I prefer a smooth kitty!
If I had a nickel for every time Kevin talked about what he wouldn't get out of bed to do, I'd be sitting right there beside him.
Free advertising for the product
Kevin made a very solid offer. Why did they not pursue it?
daymond knows the well he dint wanna make no deal thats why he went so high with 15%
Idk why ppl bashing daymon. Any self respecting individual should read the room and make choices. Kevin was fair with his offer (which isn't very common) loris charity game didn't make any sense😂
Maybe she wants to have some tax breaks. The founders clearly didn't mean it seriously when they were went on that mission tangent 😂😂. They were just trying to impress with words and got caught unnecessarily
They had there mind on Lori way before they walked in. There concern wasn't money, but someone who can upscale the marrketing and sales.
I watch shark tank while dining with the family. when they heard PUBLIC HAIR?! MY MOM’S FACE 😳
People actually buy these kind of products? Consumerism at its finest

Truth be told! Kevin had the best offer, if only they would have considered it. They would be celebrating by now

I hate that question that Maria asked...why hasn't anyone else come up with this? Because they thought of it... everyone else are thinking about other things...and these women thought of something no else was thinking about
who is she? what did she invent
@@lv9157 She's a professional tennis player so probably something in sports wear.
Kevin's offer was a lot better!
🚀 Agreed on the crash games. You really never know what's going to happen next. It’s a real adrenaline pump
her posture is lol
They really wanted Lori, and it showed, even though Kevin's offer is far, far better.
I'm so sad Barbra wasn't on this epiode
Who would pay $46
