    Straight into it again today! This workout would be between beginner and intermediate level (between the last two). In this one, I have combined important seated with standing exercises. My 96-year-old mom-in-law who lives with us and her sister loves to do your workouts, and I especially love the 60 minutes workouts.     I Can't thank you enough, my Neurologist was extremely impressed with my ability to walk Heal to Toe so well ! I told him I learned to do this well because of you. I think I may be ready to exercise without using the chair !Thank you so much I feel like I have come much further than I expected ! 😊😊

    After week one , better than doing nothing , eh ! After three months adding more repeats and sit-ups , planking , and eight lb weights , Fantastic !! I’m a believer ! I watch / do your video every morning 👍🏻👍🏻

    These Mike Kutcher exercises are by far the best I've found on TH-cam. He seems to be a very experienced trainer/physio - he anticipates common mistakes you might be making and corrects them. He provides encouragement without any idiotic Ra-Ra-Ra. A very pleasant (perhaps) unintentioned consequence of doing these exercises frequently was that my posture improved by a great amount despite the fact that I didn't consciously work on that. As my posture improved so did my self-confidence in social situations.

    Mike I had been doing some of your other videos using weights and stretch bands, then had to stop due to a health issue. Now that issue is corrected and I need to get back into shape for the coming golf season. Set out to find you again, and FOUND THIS VIDEO! Wonderful. I am 90 years old, and can do all of these with you except the "tight rope", but will work on that one. Cannot express how helpful your videos have been and now continue to be for me.     I like the longer sessions - this one seemed more of a beginner level. I am interested in more intermediate/advanced routines, using weights&bands and including an aerobic session. Thanks for all you do.

    When you say exelaint work I think it’s done so maybe say “keep going or half way there or almost there” in the middle of the exercise. Save excellent work for the finish. More importantly thank you for the instructions and encouragement. I get a little stronger each day!

    this is great for a 75 yr old. I am so glad you make them all avail; stretching, balance,etc. I can easily swim a mile but this video helps me realize how much I need to stretch!

    I have been holding off doing this workout. I am not sure why. I did the 60 min. seated workout, didn't have a problem. I am so happy that I did this one. I feel like a million bucks. Thanks Mike for not only helping me move my body but also to help me with my mind.

    I did this for the first time today. 76 year old doing her PB despite health deteriorating. Love the wiggles of the hands. Love that you go slowly through each exercise. love the visual because I learn visually. With Chronic Lung Disease from inhalation of toxic fumes, I have to concentrate on my breathing. Love that I can pause the exercise and take my morning meds (inhalers). My adult kids haven't a clue what's it's like to be over 70 and a widow, so please tell the next generation that we 'oldies' have to have stuff like this to maintain our ADL's - going to the loo, getting up out of a chair, driving. Thanks Mike. I found the balance one difficult and no longer can I walk across a log like I did as a kid! Question: I can see that all of these exercises are good for our ADL's but my question is ....how far can we push ourselves? Where is the balance? I'm an ADHD kid from another generation, but you hold my attention because I now understand more about why we have to keep up our exercise.

    Great exercise for days when the early morning walk doesn’t go according to plan! Really worth it. We upped it up a bit with weights!

    Loved this somewhat different from just sitting I was able to accomplish it except hugging the knees but bending forward & touching floor. I love the book it was very helpful. I now know without a doubt that what I set out to do with your expertise, I most certainly will not need knees operated. Thank you so much for being there for me & everyone that wants to enjoy their future fully. Your well-being is so important & beautiful. I want to be independent until the end.     I like the longer exercise video with the standing parts. I think it will be beneficial. Often you say to move nice and slow, but then you go so quickly that it can't be done slow. Some of the arm ones felt like a bird trying to fly. I wish there was more consistency in the timing. That said, I am a big fan and use your videos often. Thanks.

    I apologize for this very late feedback. I've been using your videos for more than a year now; and I know I'm in better shape now because of them. Tried to revert to just doing walking exercises, but came back to your videos because I've realized that they're beneficial for the entire body. I'm not a great fan of exercises and easily get bored with routine, but your detailed and patiently-laid out instructions are really helpful and keeps me focused as I follow you to the letter.     Thank you Mike. i thoroughly enjoyed the exercises. i normally do extensive exercises but i fell headlong on the street 2 days ago and broke my left elbow amd badly bruised my right knee. So these exercises were brilliant for me. Albeit i couldnt do left arm exercises but at least i was getting movement and strength exercises. The right leg was fine and could follow all the exercises. Thanks again

    Mike I'm 69 yrs old. I really enjoyed doing this workout. It is designed perfectly for seniors. The best thing is that you demonstrate and do the entire workout .
    The only suggestion I have is please make the same video without elaborate details about the exercise and long gaps . Becos once we have learned the exercises we can do them along with you with just minimal hints.

    Great session and so happy I found it on TH-cam. I am a pretty active 73 YO woman and I found that when you count for us to follow, sometimes the counting went fast!!! I would like also for you to say inhale and exhale when doing these exercise. Maybe I got slower because I am also trying to inhale and exhale!!! Anyway just some suggestion!!! I also love that you put the caption on. Please keep up the wonderful work and thanks for thinking of us seniors

    Some exercises was hard l could not do the full workout but I did at least 4or 5 repeats, had some pain so l reduced the work out. Thankyou it's great cover for the body. lwillkeep going.
