    I am an 84 year old woman and have Parkinson’s and have trouble getting up and moving around the room. I have just found this exercise on my iPad and find it very useful. Thank you for thinking of us seniors who can’t get up to do this. ❤❤❤hope

    I'm 69, I've worked on my lower back issues with another of your videos, and saw good results. As I'm getting older, not very physically active and overweight, having aches and pains in my whole body. thought I'd try this video! It definitely helped so I will try to do them a few times a week as well as other sitting workouts. Thanks Mike!

      I am 78 and have a neurological problem t i find you seated eercises for seniors very helpfull i find i feel very relaxed after a session and y stiffness in my legs is getting better gradually i recommend the leg exercises seated.

    At 79 I am starting to exercise! I was very active when young. During my work I had multiple fractures including three back surgeries. However, after retirement I slowly became more depressed and my meal of choice was a bag of crunchy Cheetos and a large chocolate bar. I’m a mess!!!
    This is my second day with you and you are absolutely fantastic. I am determined to lose weight and gain mobility.
    You are VERY inspiring. Thank you for offering this to us. You are a blessing! 😇

    After a sedentary day, and with limited space, this sequence was just ideal. In fact I feel more exercised, in a balanced way, than after my hour- long walks. I feel better in myself, too! Thanks, Mike

    Great exercise program Mike. Just rehabilitating from a hip injury and this is exactly what my Chiropractor prescribed! I'll be with you every day! I'm a young 73years and counting. Got to get back on the golf course!

    This is great, Mike. After years of sitting in front of a computer studying, I found I hurt myself when I tried to do the exercises I used to do. Thanks to you, I can strengthen those muscles without injuring them.

I have unbelievable cramps in all parts of my body, ( Doctors don’t seem to be able to help, or any home remedy you can think of) but your beginner exercises do the best job to keep them better controlled.     I'm 64, with bad knees. I have had one knee and one hip replaced, and continuing pain limits what I can do. But I love this routine! I have very poor balance, so a seated workout is just what I need. Mike, I'll be doing this workout for some time, but the day will come when I can "graduate" to something a little more challenging. I need to increase my fitness, but slowly. My question is, which video would be the next step up? Thank you for helping me get my life back!

    Hi Mike, I am 77 years young with COPD on oxygen 24/7, so I stopped moving so I would not get out of breath. Mistake. Anyway I am determine to get more physically active.

    I am so glad I discovered your videos. I am 78 years old with osteoporosis arthritis and multi degenerative disk disease. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks daily and it has really made a positive difference in how I feel and allows me to accomplish so much more in my daily chores. I also do the balance workout and hopefully will see a difference. I hope to add the weight workout to my daily routine and I am happy that I can do it at home considering that covid has isolated us.     Hi Mike . i have Lumber and sciatica pain i couldn't walk i sow your exercise video then i follow step by step i feel little bet better i have pain on my lower hips. Pain goes on my left leg get numbness tingling burning now i m doing exercise two times a day thank you very much Mike. You are goof physiotherapy

    I need to strengthen my legs so I can sit on the floor. Do you have exercises for it?

    Thanks Mike! We did this with my Mom In Law who is 78 years old who had knee replacement 4 years ago. She loves it and hope to repeat this or other similar workouts tomorrow onwards.

    Thankyou for a great workout. I'm a little I disabled. And it feels good to be able to do some exercises every day. Even though l have to sit in a chair.
