    I've been doing this every morning for almost a month and my lower back pain is non-existant now! The stretches have also become too easy so it's time to move up in difficulty! I'm excited!

    This was actually really easy, I’ve been trying to do some basic yoga for a while but my back and knees are so worn out even just doing like a basic pose on the ground hurts. But this is perfect for the mornings, a great start for someone like me who has never done yoga (let alone stretching lol) and only started for about a week! Thanks ❤

    After a week of sleep on a cheap bed in a guest room my upper back and neck were so stiff I had to take some time for yoga. This video really helped and I’m looking forward to repeating it a few more times! Recently I’ve been looking for new teachers ( I’ve been a die hard Adriene fan for years b/c she’s awesome but she has plenty of success and I’m missing out on SO MANY amazing offerings) and I keep landing on your videos. I’ve really been enjoying your sequencing and your cues and pace are easy to follow. XXOO

    You always make these lovely videos that are so easy to find! I did a lot of dancing today and my lower back and hips are fried. These poses helped so much right before bed!

    I work in a very physical job with a lot of bending and heavy lifting. This is only my second morning doing this video and it feels like its slowly unlocking all my tight muscles and teaching me more flexibility. Definitely will keep doing to prevent injury.

    very relaxing and easy to follow! I've got some serious muscle aches from sword fighting and wrestling and just wanted to move a bit anyway, not sit around all day and this was perfect! i'll be saving this for the future!

    Can you recommend anything to help me get my legs crossed. I follow along but my knees are sticking up like a V, not flat like they should be.

      That’s ok! Each body is different. I have a class that is tailored to help bring flexibility in the hips and at the end it shows you how to comfortably sit cross legged.     Yoga for beginners - starts with a pose, barely anyone can do - nice.

      Beginner yoga doesn’t mean yoga for inflexibility. Beginner yoga offers foundational poses, very basic and in a gentle manner. There are many beginner yoga practitioners who are flexible and many advanced practitioners who can’t sit cross legged.
      If yoga for inflexibility is what you’re looking for, I have a 30 day playlist specifically for that.

    I was hoping for more concrete back stretches, I like your videos and you are the primary yoga person I watch, but I would prefer not to have 5 mins of organic movement when I want to stretch something
