      TABASSUM KHAN cut carbs no roti more veggies nd fruits lots of water nd in the morning lemon water on empty stomach then workout aur phir omlete ya boiled eggs ya milk with bread..

    I used to walk daily nearly 2 km back home from work, it was working for me with my weight loss journey with a normal diet... But lockdown spoiled my routine however your video seems to be effective to keep me fit. Best thing about the workout is "keep it simple" ... Good

    Great Video. Every time you say remember to breath ...i feel like you were reading my mind.
    Few tips for the makers of the video:
    You can add count down ( 5..4..3..2..1) whenever we need hold any position. Few seconds more gap when we need to reposition our self from standing to lying (visa-vis) position.
    For beginners:
    Watch video completely before you start. Some preparation is needed. You may need a mat/carpet ready by the side where you would do the standing exercise.

    Hi I'm 70 kg..
    I never done any workouts in my life, I saw Ur workout, it's very easy for me but only I can't do squat, sumo squats, lunges because my knees easily get pain and my knees like shaking .. sometimes when I wanted to climb up stairs and want to get down from stairs I can feel my knees shaking , like not strong

      Hey working on pec muscles can reduce breast size. If you slowly work on your pecs you’ll start to see and feel lifting and shrinking.

    Hello mam, am a pcos sufferer who is 85 kgs now and I was able to do most of it excerise surprisingly making me feel motivated but the fire hydrant method when I do in all 4 my knees started to pain like anything even though am in 20s this made me feel like a granny 😔is this normal or smthg really abnormal?

      Which ever stresses on your knee. Looks like most. Any part of the exercise your knee should not bend more than 120 degree
