    Wow u r really the best. I went for a walk for about 30 mins but there was no sweat at all. But I watched this today and did this exercises for 15 mins and I did sweat good and body feels tired but felt good. Started this workout from today, looking forward to update with the results.

    Thank you for making this video! I'm trying to lose fat and have failed countless number of times. I do follow other workout channels and sometimes the instructor being faster than you can get challenging or also demotivating. But you are at a pace easy to follow for me and also you don't count down verbally so it doesn't stress me out!
    I did this workout and could feel the burn during and after the workout!
    I like how it is to the point, like 15 min workout and your video is 16mins without the extra talking. Going to follow this for 5 days and more. Keep creating great content like this.

    I gained my weight back to 78kg now I just finished my 1st week of working out and diet including this video as my warm up.
    1st week: 76.65
    2nd week: 74.85
    3rd week: 72.90
    4th week: 70.65
    5th week: 68.05
    7th week: 66.15
    10th week: 64.75

      I also add more exercise using an app , but this help me the work out is so easy to follow, so when i feel tired and I dont want to do an excessive work out , I follow this twice a day and my weight still decreasing,

    One of the easiest workouts. It gives us a sense of accomplishment because anyone can complete it unlike other workouts which can be too hard for some of us. I have been doing it for 15 days. Will be moving to a level up in next 10 days

    You know you're such a true to one person i just loved it and repeated it twice and sweating like mad i just wanna say you're the bestest of all the channel available in the TH-cam starting from stocks to exercise
    And i was consistently smiling throughout the workout cause i feel happy of having even the tiny things in my house i just wanna say to all i don't comment on any fitness yt channel cause i don't feel that good after doing that workout i just give a thumbs up and close it in half way

    I started this from today . I will give updates daily ! This workout is way easier than other and you also feel the burn .
    Day 1- sweating and feeling burn
    Day 2 - feeling burn and sweating more than yesterday .. I'm following diet
    Day 3 - I play this video daily in front of me and then do my exercise. I'm strict with my diet Feeling active

    I walk everyday for around 30-40 min. . But I never used to sweat. Even Lil brisk walk did not help. But today I was feeling like tired and hence I checked for quick workout n found this. . n omg believe me. . .it s so nice. . N I was sweating at the end of it. . I will definitely do it 4 days a week along with my walk. U r d best

    After doing this exercise what food can be taken n also gap as I start this exercise early morning empty stomach only having 1 glass of warm water pls reply so I can continue further

    Tried this today for the first time and I am sweating like crazy. With my zero exercise lifestyle trying this easy workout was also a big task for me. I just hope i continue this today being the 1st day. I am so tired already. Hahaha

    This workout is good. I've been taking boxing class for sometime and its a high intensity workout that we're put through where there's a lot of running and so on. But lifting weights is not very prominent. I've noticed that skipping with a rope is extremely beneficial in losing weight in fact its proven to be better than running since while skipping you're concentrating on the rope as well which keeps the mind occupied unlike in running. Skipping for a minute and then increasing the time duration gradually makes a good workout as well. Cheers
