  • This Menopause Workout is designed to help reduce the Meno Belly and menopause weight gain. Menopause can even start for women in their 40s and with lots of hormone changes weight gain can be the most common. However, with the right exercises, it is possible to reduce menopause belly fat.     Super inappropriate to have someone who is clearly not old enough for menopause to do this. I want to see someone who's body is actually in menopause.

      @@lucywyndhamreadhi I’m 52 and brand new I am a person who gets off work and wants to do nothing else can you plz plz since I’m so new to this journey point me onto the best one to begin with I’m considered overweight and need to loose some of this weight I just don’t know where to begin and that’s why I guess I haven’t any advice would be great and ty😊

      If she is really 53, it’s very rare to find someone in such a perfect health and shape at this age. When I typed ‘for menapausa women’ I actually meant ‘for women who suffer from joint pain and chronic fatigue that have no explanation other than hormonal imbalance’. Am I supposed to be that explicit to finally find something appropriate in terms of exercise? Gosh, this is so frustrating. I was slim my whole life and suddenly my weight is out of control and I have so much joint pain that I can’t do intense exercises like these to lose weight. Society is is still so poorly educated about the struggle that so many women face.

    Hi Lucy! I just found you and started doing your 7 minute belly fat last Thursday and I have already lost 1” from my waist and 1” from my hips!! I am beyond thrilled!!!       Thanks Lucy as my Dr is basically useless! Well GP visit on Thursday past I thought that was such a waste of time and effort to firstly get the appointment eventually I'm thinking researching Herbal remedies best to ease the flushing 😮 plus to start new medicine for RRMS this relapse is lasting forever 😮😮

I try and do you your 4 mins HIIT the menopause work out plus I've bought your Walk away from the menopause work out, which is particularly good.     Hi lucy, i'm 43 and had not received my period for 8 months. I was not pregnant and the doctors just brushed me off and said i was perimeopausal.     Lucy, you are a treasure! I am grieving the loss of my sister, in menopause and have no energy and haven't worked out or walked or done anything due to fatigue in over a year. I have a bad scoliosis and lordosis and do a few tailored stretch exercises too, but I needed to address my heart health and menopausal related weight gain and other symptoms too.
