If she is really 53, it’s very rare to find someone in such a perfect health and shape at this age. When I typed ‘for menapausa women’ I actually meant ‘for women who suffer from joint pain and chronic fatigue that have no explanation other than hormonal imbalance’. Am I supposed to be that explicit to finally find something appropriate in terms of exercise? Gosh, this is so frustrating. I was slim my whole life and suddenly my weight is out of control and I have so much joint pain that I can’t do intense exercises like these to lose weight. Society is is still so poorly educated about the struggle that so many women face.

Hi lucy, i'm 43 and had not received my period for 8 months. I was not pregnant and the doctors just brushed me off and said i was perimeopausal. I found your work out and started doing it,and after 4 weeks of exercise, my period came and has now been regular again for a whole year. Your workout saved me,thank you. Well GP visit on Thursday past I thought that was such a waste of time and effort to firstly get the appointment eventually I'm thinking researching Herbal remedies best to ease the flushing 😮 plus to start new medicine for RRMS this relapse is lasting forever 😮😮

I have a bad scoliosis and lordosis and do a few tailored stretch exercises too, but I needed to address my heart health and menopausal related weight gain and other symptoms too. You're a 🌟 and the best 👌 ⚘👏👏👏
