I was just discharged from the hospital and happened to run across this video and actually motivated me. I was able to do the workout on my pace and felt really good that I was able to finish the whole workout. I will do it again tomorrow. Thank You!!!
This is one of the best exercise routines I've seen that looks manageable for someone who is 61 years old like me!! Thank you so much! Plus I enjoyed the kitty visits in the video too haha.

this was the first time ive done a lucy workout in a long time. i work at a desk 9-5 - this was exactly what i needed. definitely will do it again and try the 15 min workout in my lunch break sometimes to help keep me moving.
This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. I exercise 6 times a week and I look forward to it. You do keep it interesting with all the different moves. I am waiting to see results. I'm sure I will eventually.

I am a challenged physically after having back and knee surgery but some of them l can do that l am sure will help me to loose the pounds l put on lately . Maybe you can put on a video that would be appropriate for persons with challenges. Keep up the good work❤

I had to drop the intensity for the last 5 mins but all good- will get there soon. When I started these during lockdown I struggled with completing the 7 minute routines and now I do 15 min easily. Age and health issues mean I'll never be training for the Olympics but they weren't on my bucket list anyway. Nice the princesses could join us today.

This workout actually did feel like 10 minutes instead of 20! And it was challenging for me. I did it early morning and it really helped wake my body up. I feel great, thank you! I will be doing this one again.
