I have been doing your 10 minute glute exercises for a year now, 3-4 times a week. Sometimes none due to sickness. I believe my knee problem has greatly improved. I’ll move up to this knee friendly cardio. Thank you for your no music exercises 😆. I add my own. Thank you for motivating words. God bless!

Thanks for this video! I don’t need to go to the gym. I don’t need exercise tools. I’m able to exercise considering I’m lazy to exercise. This is the right exercise for me - a lady who is thin and lazy to exercise. I’ve done this exercise for 3 times now as of this writing (one each day).

I've not been back in the gym since as your workouts give me everything I need and suit me well as I hate doing floor exercises and using equipment. Yess! I really like this one!. I'm 61 years old, and the skin of my belly, after three pregnancies, including twins, has become quite loose. There is approximately 1 kg of fat around my waist. I'm 1.53 meter and way 54 kg. I'm okay with that, just not with the muffin top... This new video is fun to do. 😅😅

Ok sooo, this is exactly what I need. Not to lengthy, not to harsh, and standing with no equipment. But I am so confused because every time I tell someone about my hereditary extremely stubborn belly fat they say "you cannot spot reduce fat" . This is contributing to my depression and anxiety 🥴 Can we spot reduce fat ?
In the video I explain it is a combination of Cardio Exercise (which is what we do in this video) it is also nutrition and more importantly it is doing something consistently - which again this video is designed to be done daily. Hope that makes sense and this is for better health it is not about a six pack 💗
