Unfortunately I’ve put on about ten pounds , but now that I can do gentle exercises, I came back to your channel immediately. I always have gotten amazing results from your workouts. And while I can only do upper body toning, I see such good results using these arm videos. Thank you for helping me get back to my strong self! The reason why I luv doing your exercises is the warm ups to start and the stretches to end, it helps me to eliminate cramps/ tight calf muscles which I have a problem with on a regular basis due to plantar fasciitis.
I have severe chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis and 13 discs gone in my back. I desperately need to start to stretch my muscles and try get better range of movement and increase my over all health. Iv always been a gym goer and fit and strong but the last two years my body has deteriorated massively. Thank you Lucy for these work outs . I’m going to start small and hopefully increase my health and strength following some of your workouts ❤

Bro, your workouts are really fun to do. Today, I wasn't feeling like doing any workout-- but then, I still forced myself to do at least 5 min of workout. Started with your walking workout and then I got addicted and finished this arm , thighs and legs and then the waist toning workout. It wasn't hard to do. But it is making me sweat like crazy, way more than the hardest workouts out there. Thank you so much. Your workouts are really addicting.😙

Thanks Lucy! I’ve got my daughters wedding in the summer and drastically need to get rid of excess fat. However I had a lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node removal and radiotherapy all ove my left side in May last year. Can I just do as much as I can or should I avoid certain exercises?

I actually can't do a full 30 seconds of most of these and definitely not continuous exercises - my neck and shoulders just cramp up - am I doing something wrong?
