    I’ve been using your Pilates videos for about a year and I can’t say enough good things about your teaching and workouts. You explain the techniques and exercises so it’s easy to understand and encourage to be at your level without guilt. And I love that the workouts are 30 minutes or less. It seems very doable and it’s why I’ve stayed with these workouts for so long. I appreciate you offering these on TH-cam! Thank you so much!

      fully agree! many times i found people that say its ok to follow your body but then dont really offer options to make the movements more accesible

    I woke up this morning and felt really sick. So I took a shower and streched a bit. Not only do I feel a lot better now, I also didn't feel bad about not being on your level. I really apreceate you takeing care of the way we think about our bodies. ❤

    thiss i don't need to worry abt searching for a stretch that truly for beginners because there's you who always care for beginners and making sure we are safe and you instruct clearly

    I will echo the other commenters: This was just what I needed.
    I am recovering from the flu, and my body feels like it's been in a boxing match. This stretching routine was just enough to loosen some of the pain and stiffness while not overdoing it.

    If you have crook knees, you can do this on your bed! If you can't cross your legs, you can sit on a pillow with them straight. This helped me so much, thank you!

I just got over a week of the worst illness I have ever had and tried to jump right back into my fitness routine and was getting frustrated my body wasnt having it! So I came here and as soon as you mentioned listening to your body and where it is today…and the option you have today…brought tears to my eyes 😢 I instantly remembered that my body was at war the last week and it NEEDED some grace from me🥰 Thank you so much!

    You always always seem to know what videos I need next I always, always appreciate the great information as you are doing either workout/instructions/stretching/and testimonials/Please more of stretching routines it helps relax me for better sleep quality!👍😎❤Variety in this helps to eliminate mindlessness so it helps to get the most benefits out of routines!!There are some tips that you have given to eliminate pain to my back that I use all the time now,Appreciate that alot!!

    this is such helpful stretch routine in between long walks - ince back to it today with a bit knee soreness which usually dint have bit found it ice agon very helpful. im goingto write it down as well and ill he addig this stretch for the spring upcoming.     Jessica, I really needed this relaxing full-body stretch so much. My glutes and hamstrings are always not 100% pain-free due to my running. And recently, I feel my breathing somewhat labored or unsatisfactory for some reason. (Could it be caused by menopause or something related to lack of estrogen as I age?) At any rate, I have found this gentle full body stretch so calming and relaxing. Last but not least at all, I love your calming tone of voice so much. Thanks a million as always, Jessica.
