I think this is the first tour I have seen in the hundreds that the bathroom actually has counter space on the vanity. I have seen some real stunning condo's but they have absolutely NO counter space!! Glad to see that is not everywhere!!

I stayed in many luxury condos in Pattaya and Jomtien but the Riviera is the most luxurious condo I’ve stayed at and it’s actually cheaper than many others since it’s not directly on the beach. It’s even nicer than Copacabana and almost half the price. It’s also a lot quieter too. I especially liked the first floor tropical forest area because it feels like you’re in a tropical rainforest surrounded by beautiful plants and water. The only downside is that it’s 20-30 minutes from central Pattaya by taxi.
Your reply is 100% correct. They started baht bus service on 2nd road in front of condo that can take you directly to central pattaya for 10 baht.

It doesn’t cost more than 100 Baht to the Central Pattaya Mall from the Copa or the Ocean Drive
Any gas sewage smell from the condos? Is it close to public transportation?
thanks for the comment. there are some sewage smell in the bathrooms but overall no issues. Yes Baht Bus Runs right in front of condo.

Agreed. However, This development has a separate building for its sales office next door. But your right lots of tours in this building because is so beautiful and affordable.
True. That’s what sucks about most condos in Thailand, most are treated like hotels.

I did NOT enjoy the video due to it's totally useless when you use dollar instead of Thai Bath, which is the currency in the kingdom of Thailand! So I unsubbed also for the same reason.
A daily average is 35 Thai baht for 1 dollar, also you spelled baht incorrectly in your comment, Great video James.

There are many much better units for sale in Pattaya. The units are tiny . He lives in a 24 square meter unit. You will want a 50-80 1
He lives in a 25 sq meter unit. You want a 50-80 square meter 1 bedroom unit..Many available all over Pattaya much cheaper price
