    Love your video and subscribed. Did i hear you right about the Retirement visa where you dont need the $800,000B requirements

      Welcome to the Good Vibe Tribe in Thailand. When applying for a retirement visa in Thailand, there are two requirements to fulfill:
      1. Having 800,000 Baht in a Thai bank account.
      2. Demonstrating a monthly income of 65,000 Baht.
      If you utilize the services of a company like N.A., they assist in addressing these requirements with immigration. However, if you choose to handle the application process independently, you will need to provide proof of meeting one or both of these criteria. Hope that helps.

    Great Video... I just finished using Aom services and she is amazing. She made the hard process of trying to get a bank account and a retirement visa to a simple process of giving her some money and she took care of the headache of dealing with immigration and the banks. So simple and easy.

    If my intention is to get a retirement visa do I need to do anything special ahead of time (before leaving the US) or simply arrive and visit NA?

    • @goodvibetravel
      @goodvibetravel  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      To obtain a retirement visa, you'll need to provide a residence contract, such as a lease agreement, along with a utility bill (electric, water, or cable) as proof of your residency. Additionally, you'll need your passport. N.A. will assist you in opening a bank account, acquiring insurance, and addressing the financial requirements. This comprehensive service costs about $1200 USD and secures you a 15-month retirement visa. Subsequently, visa renewal can be done annually through N.A. for $389 USD, or independently by spending a day at the immigration office and organizing the necessary paperwork for $60. Hope this clarifies the process for you.

    i will add something about bank requirements for the one year retirement and marriage visas and extensions:
    RETIREMENT VISA is 800K baht on deposit for 2 mos prior to application OR proof of 65K baht transfered from home country PER MONTH for past year.
    MARRIAGE VISA is 400K on deposit OR 40K per month transfered in.

    • @gregmcginnis3301
      @gregmcginnis3301 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    • @rs5801

      @@gregmcginnis3301 and at my imm. office you can't miss a single month- no doubling up and skipping a month. I learned the hard way but they let me slide on that one year. They wanna see that code for foreign transfer in your book as well

    So I question how do they get away without the 800k Bhat Thailand bank account for the retirement visa? I have heard this from other channels. I been seriously considering making Thailand my retirement home base and these visa services sound great but is it legit? Any need to worry that your visa won't be honoured?

    • @goodvibetravel
      @goodvibetravel  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      great question. crime is low here. find a reputale service with a ton of reviews and you should be all good the cost is $900 to 1100 for a retirment visa which include bank verifcation letter to get away without 800k. email if you need a referral to a service provider when you arrive.

    I am planning a tirp next year to Cambodia. I am also hoping to see a couple sites in Thailand. To do this, I think I will need to enter Thailand twice within the three weeks I will be on vacation. Is this possible? I am planning apply for a regular 30 day visa in advance of my trip. The plan is to fly into BKK, go to BuriRam and Surin, then fly to Phnom Penh, see Cambodia, then go ack to BKK to fly home. Is this possible. I am assuming my initial visa will expire as soon as I leave the country and arrive in Cambodia. Will I have any issue crossing a border to get back into Thailand? I may do a land order crossing, or I may fly. My exact trip itinerary will depend on getting an answer to this question.

      if you go it on your own yes you will need 3 months history of 800k baht in a thai bank account to qualify for retirement visa unless you use a reputable visa service provider.
