Great building but after living any several high rises on the 30th floor and above I prefer lower floors....the higher floors you do a lot of waiting but maybe they are fast and no wait here?
A few times a fire alarm went off and going down 30 plus floors is not fun.
I do love the area and those amenities are unbelievable.
The pools are spectacular
So funny you should mention that I was disappointed that I got on the lower floor when moving in but take the stairs super quick and healt

Have you been there? The condos in Thailand are supposed to be amazing. They're also very good in Bangkok. I've been to Thailand 4 times so far and I've stayed in this country. In a positive way. 2 bedroom range in price from $180 to $220USD depending on floor view and sq. meters. $580 is the starting price for a one-bedroom. Look at other videos where I featured this development for kitchen amenities. This video was for the new developments.
Looking online the one that has a pool is close to 2400$ a month

This is true. during busy season it can take a while. i lived on lower floors and used the stairs easy breezy with exercise.

all units come with balcony. Only premium units come with private pool. Yes it was the showroom. thank you for your comment.

1600 a month USD. Saw a nicer one for less but you have to own it at $138,000usd it's a steal.

I hope $2,000 USD a month is good for me many decades. I don't go to clubs or drink and I am not interested in any relationship or marriage with men or women. Expat close Friends are much better .

Claustrophobic photography of the unit. Couldn’t really get any feel for the size, layout etc. amenities are over the top. Please show a one and two bedroom unit with a wider lens so I can see it.
