They have a View Talay 6 building next to the Hilton between Beach Road and 2nd Road. It is infested with Airbnbs. The rooms are also very big.

Thanks Cooper and Darlen for another different and interesting video. A 50 sq mtr studio could be converted into a really nice one bedroom apartment. These are certainly not shoe boxes.
Nice video. I stayed there in August. There are rentals available there. I rented a studio for 1 month. Cost £500. The lady who is in the laundry has rentals. Great place.

Hi Cooper and Darlen! My head actually started spinning on those last 22 rooms.. How about using 2 of them yourself, corner unit and renting out the other 20.. You should be able to get 20-25.000 a month for them furnished and done, that adds up to 4-500.000 a month, 4.8 to 6 mill a year. You said there are no units available for rent so it should be doable to rent them all out. Of course it comes with a huge cost on top of the selling price but this sounds like a wise investment. Paid in full after maybe 15 years before everything is profit. Interesting thank you Cooper, you gave us something to think about there. Plus plus plus 👍👍😁

Have stayed in many of the view talay condos, I like the older larger rooms. I don't know what I'd do with 22 of them though! The mind boggles.

48 square meters most of the older buildings were back then now 30 28 even 26 you don’t pay so much service charge when I retire I think I prefer an older build you can spend about 100 000 thai baht and refurbish a unit quiet easy or 150 000

Hi Don. Parking is free. No assigned parking spaces. When I looked it was only 40% full and there were separate bays for scooter parking 👍❤️👍

Thw yellow exchange booth yiu showed next to the night market is not TT exchange, their rates are a lot lower.
Look for where it says TT exchange, not just a yellow booth
