Excellent job as always but isn’t this the same building I’ve seen in other videos that will soon have the ocean view blocked due to a new high rise condo being constructed?
Yes. I believe the new copacabana complex is slated to built there and according to another video I’ve seen, it will block about 80% of the ocean view.
Decent sizes. However, seem to be missing the monthly / yearly "Maintenance Fee" for the property. That can be a HUGE deal breaker.... And yes I seem to recall more buildings will be built in front of this complex. Paying for a "view" now and having it taken away, is not financially smart!
My research indicates that this is 35 TBH per square meter per month payable a year in advance - Fazwaz site - so not outrageous really if this condo is in your purchase price range. Sadly my search continues...
There is also no mention of costs such as transfer fees, sinking fund, possibility of setting up of ownership (foreign quota?) and cost of running it through a Thai company name as well as annual property taxes. Also what type of parking comes with the apartment? How many spaces are possible for both car and motorbike to each unit? These aren't really questions for the TH-cam comment section but the initial post got the ball rolling in my head. This is the type of place I would like. Expensive yes, though it isn't your typical shoe box. Obstruction of the views with a new condo tower to be built would definitely be a point when it comes to price negotiation in my opinion.
If you can spend 6 million on a condo, purchasing a fridge, TVs and mirrors shouldn't be a problem. At least then you can get the models and specs you prefer.
To be honest, I kinda like the 70's softp**n vibe. Grow a moustache and some chest hair Cooper, and put on some Marvin Gaye as background music, it will be perfect 😂
Thanks so much. I'm checking our Dusit Grand Park 2 tomorrow for 1 week Airbnb. I may do a long term of you can point in the right direction thanks again
Thank You for this. Where was the bathroom mirror? Also, can I reach out to you for help in finding a unit when I get ready to move, or should I reach out to Sean at Mirage Global Realty.
Looks like there's no TV points on the wall as that's why the pictures are positioned there.. pain getting plugs and TV points installed, hope I'm wrong
Wow, Wow, freaking amazing, The currency is confusing, but if it’s what I think it is I can’t believe the prices…. The USA is really bumbing me out… The cost of everything is ridiculous… Working all these years and going to have to live in a small space is not diserable… keep the videos coming, and suggestions on attorneys to help facilitate moving to Thailand????
Hello Cooper, I only just saw this video. These 2 condos make most of the condos you show look tiny. And these are inexpensive. The most expensive 2 bdrm is still under $250k. My problem with most of the condos you show is the lack of storage space. And no ovens. Don't they like to bake things in Thailand? 😅 I have watched many of your videos and will watch more. You make Jomtien look like an expat heaven. Cheers 🎉
Nice building & condo, but, it is actually too big! I am happy with 35, maybe 40sqm for a 1 bedroom. And paying the equivalent of $258500, maybe $259000 AUD for a 1 bedroom in Thailand is too much, unless the building has loads of facilities, & is right on the beachfront.
That slide looks big enough for an adult to use, with the 2 of you there, why not show how it works, just a thought.......nice condo for the location (edit to add) half way through you vides but so far these 2 have to be the best in my small opinion, i can t believe the size of the rooms, this suits me rather than being close up to the tv....many thanks to you 2
Not to complain, but wouldn't it be better to help expats with cheaper places to live? I thought the point with this channel was helping people getting cheap places to live. I am quite sure most expats can't afford a 8 million baht condo or an 11 million baht house, wich is no point buying because foreigners can't own the land the house is built on. Please make more videos about condo/ house for rent
Plus plus plus, Love it love it love it. Keep up the great work Coop.

Realtor is very cute.😊

Cooper - The camera may have benefited from an ND filter when in the bright sunlight. Never mind when you were inside it was still strange.
Exactly
Love it. Hoping to rent something like that. Thanks for sharing.
hi Cooper & Darlen! Nice video as always. Love those units. Out of my range, but still nice to look at!
and hi to Schon too!
this is just perfect. i wished it had tv's, refrigerator and bathroom mirriors
@@TheGandorX do you feel better say that? no i do not care about what you say. so take it somewhere else

@@MFCHRIS75 you have a valid point. i was looking at it from a renters point of view
Plus, plus, plus! Love those two condos. They're both huge and stunning!
Nice video. But you are wrong about the sea view. It's only a partial sea view. Nothing to get excited about.
To be honest, I kinda like the 70's softp**n vibe. Grow a moustache and some chest hair Cooper, and put on some Marvin Gaye as background music, it will be perfect 😂
😂😂😂
Love it. No rental prices for them yet?
Are any of these two latest condos at for rent instead of to purchase??
Sizes I can live in and consider purchasing. Good video, thanks

Ask for Joe. He is the Manager 👍
For me personally better smaller place but top location and sea view.
One bedroom was nice .cheers Coops
Really like ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice video Coop!
Thx 🙏
Great spacious condos but I didn't see any refrigerator or TV?
You choose your own. 👍

You are wrong. I have a friend that lives there 👍
Mr shon needs some shades😮
We try not to wear them in our videos due to the lens reflection 👍
Thanks!
Thank you 🙏
Why are there no mirrors in bathrooms?

Not a fan of the background music on your last few videos. Also colour was strange. Nice video otherwise.

Check out the video I showed 11 days ago called. The Largest 1 bedroom condo in Pattaya. It has an oven and 2 storage rooms!! You will love it ❤️
I'm not seeing many plugs. Can you tell us is Thailand on 110 or 220 plug sockets? Can you post prices in USD also please?
220. We put the price at the end in 5 currencies 👍
Nice work lad, anything less than 47 metres too small to live in 24/7.
Thank you Nick 🙏

See our video on the Copacabana. I’m sure you will love it as it ticks all your boxes 👍❤️👍
@@CoopersThaiAdventure Been there, & did a video on it myself 😊 Lovin' it!
yt: how many ads do you want? How frequent?
this kniga: yes, and yes.
Does the car park flood?
No Alan. There is good drainage 👍❤️👍

How much in dollars
Watch the whole video. We put the price in there in dollars and baht 👍
Hey Cooper, in the two bedroom, can you fit two single beds in that first bedroom let me know
Yes, definitely!👍
Nicely done Coop!
I didn't see a refrigerator or living room tv ???
Demo unit 👍
Good video Cooper like renting condo 15 000baht to 18000baht because you can't buy king owns the land from Scott new Zealand
You can buy foreign quotas here Scott 👍❤️👍
What name condo
The name is in the first 30 seconds of the video 👍
That one bedroom is too big …. too much wasted space. Could of been done with 60-70 sq m and would be plenty and more homey 👍🏼.
It was huge Son 👍❤️👍
Extractors 😂
