    Keeping these so simple, short, and to the point makes them incredibly helpful and watchable. Good work

      Keeping it simple is what’s it’s all about. Golfers seem to over think their swing so we pay a pro to dumb down everything. I know I’m guilty. Best tips with filming yourself is the way to go. The camera doesn’t lie. Love these tips, they’re easy to repeat.

    Watched two of your videos between my last round and a round I had yesterday. Yesterday I went out and shot my lowest ever round. I took some videos of myself over the weekend and noticed myself “dropping” substantially on my backswing. Your video on that almost completely cured that error for me. I’ve also been suffering with my driver and felt I was swinging it too “vertically” like an iron. This video really helped me visualize what I was doing wrong. I cut off 16 strokes from my last round and 12 below my average over the the last 20 rounds. Coming from a 20 handicap player. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these easy to follow videos.

    Thanks for the video and the tips. For driver. face-on view, do you expect the face of the driver head and the shaft at the center of the stance or driver head near the ball and the shaft/hands at the center of the stance?

  • @trxe420
    @trxe420 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I really think the most important move in golf is hips forward, it's hard to realize this unless you have been taught and until you feel it. Great lesson, I really like the noodle at the beginning. This may be wrong, but this idea is how I play a fade or a draw with the exact same swing, just using ball position, seems to work for me as long as i don't move it too far (easy to over do it).

    For my 16 year old daughter who’s a very good player her issue with driver is the head and lower body move forward together similar to an iron.
    She is very aware of what driver should do different but for whatever reason she has a hard time keeping the upper body back as the lower body fires forward.
    How much do you drake it’s this driver issue and how would you create better habits so she can start to optimize more.
    She also struggles to swing as fast with the ball as without the ball. Sort of like the opposite of of reckless.
    Curious your thoughts
    Mahalo.

    How do you alter the path? Ball position? How do I purposely swing in to out?

  • @311hitwall
    @311hitwall 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    How do you get the downswing in sync with the weight movement to create that side bend while moving the weight to the left side? I think that is the hardest part because it seems like my tendency is to swing too hard and I end up hitting the ground because the transfer doesn't happen properly.

  • @Igat1976
    @Igat1976 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thanks for this video. Just realize that putting weight on the trail side to keep my body on the right side of the ball and to get ascending launch angle is not a good idea.
