Used to run a 9x21 koike table with hypertherm 125, Oxy/fuel torch, and dot peen. I loved it!!

Love mine. I would like to get the engraving attachment for mine. Very well made product. I used a Koike track torch for years. Best on the market IMO. Thanks for watching!

That's a nice table, I have a lincoln/torchmate 4100 table in my welding shop at school, those slats running parallel to the gantry are a major PIA. yes they are a major mess, I keep it about 3/4 filled with water that helps. waiting for a new cad program now old instructor took existing program when he quit a yr ago and he messed with the control box too. After a new control box and cutting juice ( he drained the table before he left and btw he ran straight water too so its rusting badly) I'm 5k into getting this thing running but I love it. good for you.

Thanks, it has truly been a game changer in the shop. Sounds like the previous instructor was a gem. I hope you get it in working order. Flashcut CNC software is great. Hope you have a Merry Christmas, and thank you for watching!

You need to add water storage tank under plasma table to drain table and refill.

Congratulations on the table. Excited to see what all you’ll be able to do with it.

I am so jealous now! LOL
    Awesome set up.
We always had zero plates 2”x5” that we sat against sides to square the plates on table. Also we never had the liquid so high in table, helps cut down on blowing fluid up through plates and all over
Enjoy that great table. I may be looking to that company for my new shop

I’ve had a few people tell me the fluid is a little high. I’ll have to give that a try. I don’t think you can go too wrong with Koike, they’ve been in the business a long time and make industrial grade products. They also make a 4x4, and a 4x8 size in the shop pro model.

Really nice table!! When I use my table at school we usually leave the water 1/2 inch below the top of the slats to decrease the mess.

I used a collapsible kitchen funnel from Walmart… helps with water getting everywhere when cutting

Thank you very much, It’s been an interesting journey. We had 3 different types of burn tables at the fab shop I used to work at, and it made the way we did work so much easier. They save so much time. Then after I quit and decided to do my own thing, I had to start with the old fashioned ways, i.e. torch and welder. And to think that I’ve come full circle, and I’m fabricating with similar equipment feels surreal. It’s always a good feeling when you see some of the fruits of your labor, which interestingly enough, leads to more work….🤔 I consider myself very blessed to have had the success that I have. Thanks for watching!

Not every shop has good equipment, so some interfere with cordless equipment, so initial set up, they give you cords

I would buy a service cart from Harbor Freight with the top lid and mount the computer in it. The lid will act as water deflector. Or you can make removal lexan panels to protect you computer equipment.

To keep the torch from returning to home you can remove the last line of the g code which will keep the torch at the end of the last cut. The rapid move to home will be a G00 X0,Y0 command.

Thanks! In this video I did have it a little too full. Now I run it about 3/4” below the plate surface. Thanks for watching!

I've had a Shop Sabre for almost 2 years and it's been great. I'm looking at using a different water solution, what brand and type did they send you?

I don't have a table, but just thinking about it, I think a lower water level would work just fine since the purpose of the liquid is to extinguish the cuttings. Does that make any sense at all???
