    Been watching your vids for a while now. I know for a fact that at least one machine was purchased due to them.
    I advised a friend who was about to pull the trigger on a lesser quality, similarly priced competitor and pointed him to your vids and Shop Sabre. It only took initial looking to show SS was a much superior machine in every way. He even got the rotary for it and is making $ with a great tool because of your vids. (and he also subbed to your channel lol)
    Congrats on the new table. I look forward to what's coming next!
    Thanks for sharing.

    I just stated watching your vid's, I bought a new Lazer Cutter after having Plasmas for about 10 years and all I can say is, I will never go back to Plasma, I had my Plasma's cutting pretty smooth with 90% of jobs almost 0 dross, but boy the lazer,now that is a darn miracle. Only problem is that my competitor in town now sends me his work too, LOL! What is a man to Do?

    Those hybrid motors are stepper motors with encoders. It makes them far more accurate and technically servos but a lot cheaper than something like a Yaskawa servo. Now I’m about 10 minutes in and I see you have the exact same motors I bought on Amazon last week for $129 with driver. Stepper motors with incremental encoders to improve accuracy.

    When you get hammer finger:take a dremil and a small diamond grinder bit and put a small relief slit in the middle of the white cuticle near the back of the nail.but not close to the skin.it will bleed a lot so have a bunch of bandaids.but you can feel relief in hours 😁

      I just added lasers to my plasma table. I had my brother cnc machine a new break away torch holder and added 4 line lasers because I was tired of trying to get close to previous cuts just by dropping down the tip on both x and y axis.

      I'll have to get Tay to clarify in future videos, but off of the top of my head... The water table is deeper, the motors are MUCH faster, it has the laser sight, comes with a "bubbler" (I don't quite know what that does yet), we upgraded from the Hypertherm 85 to the 105 that has the newer style of consumables, and many other things I can't quite remember! - Walker

    It will be interesting to see how putting the torch cable in the drag chain works out. The drag chain put a lot of bending stress on the cable. I usually use super-flex cable for that. The torch cable has wires and air running through it. It looks nice, but maybe not the best move?

    • @Nicholas-im8bd

    Use a very small drill bit on the dark spot of your finger with thumb and finger of other hand. Slowly twist back and forth till blood comes out. Do not drill into the bed of your fingernail. Once the blood comes out all pressure will be gone. I have done this 5 or 6 times for smashed filgers.

Keeping as much dust as possible out of the computer will extend its lifespan and keep it running cooler.

    • @CGT80
      @CGT80 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have the older powermax 65 for my table and suspected the sync system would make it mindless for users and more profitable for hypertherm. The regular stuff works fine for me.

    • @samuraidriver4x4
      @samuraidriver4x4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@CGT80 the big downside of the sync system is that the plasma decides for you when it stops cutting with the cartridge even if it still cuts good.
      It's a way to make more money and for some users like in construction with a hand torch it makes sense but for a cnc table not so much.

    There is a technique for getting stuff wider than the door with one forklift. I used to do it all the time, getting a 12m length of steel through a 8m door. Start by going backwards and swing one end in, etc. need to have enough clear space on one side of door inside. Was when I was working for a company in Brisbane AU that manufactured CNC plasma cutters and routers.
