This is one of my favourite leg workouts. I luv the 3 sets divided by short rests, 35 minute workout with warm up and stretching. I keep coming back to this one for the format, the length of the sets and how good I feel after it’s done! Thank you again Heather!!

Awesome. Leg days are alway so intimidating for me but this was great. Kept heart rate up could complete each move, feel the burn, but not with over exertion. I used 15lbs, 10lbs (held both for some moves to get 20lbs) and an 8 for donkey kicks. Just a great workout. Now for a walk to reflect on the journey.
Great workout! First time I didn't need to pause before continuing !YAY! The hardest thing for me is breathing. I forget to breathe sometimes... when trying out an exercise and that burns me out.
