I been suffering ptsd and pelvic issues ever since my narcissistic ex left. And left me in a world of pain and confusion. I thought it was my prostate. It might be. Either way I’ve suffered tremendously from my waste, stomach, ribs, chest and back. The chest is the worst. But the pain is the same pretty much all over. These exercises work! I thought I needed antibiotics and other meds. Thanks for putting these videos. Can’t thank you enough. You do more than any doctor could do for me.
How do all these youtube Drs fix pelvic floor issues in 15 minutes. Yet my 1st appointment with a therapist with over 35 years experience spent 2 hours with me and could have gone a lot longer on my 1st appointment? spent an extra hour with me. I got a couple voiding techniques, Game changers and just a few stretches. But she did start me breathing into my hands and what you're doing aligns well.
These exercises were fairly easy for me to start doing, I’m 57 years old and I can myself starting to lose my balance a little and I’m starting to feel like my hamstring in both legs are feeling like they’re constantly tight and there’s a pain on or near my joints where my hips and thigh bones joints are, but that’s most likely my arthritis that my doctor said the X-ray shows. Maybe I over did active workouts, training, para-jumping, martial arts, etc. I’m a Combat Veteran with the 82nd Airborne Division, road marches was a monthly thing, jumping out of aircraft’s required every 3 months or more during training or on Deployment and don’t forget about PT every Monday through Friday mornings before sunrise etc, so yeah I think I over done what my physical body could handle. Good stretches.
What an amazing gift & blessing to hear something SO real, so relevant & so helpful. Possibly your very best yet, Dennis. I'm using this now. 20 seconds. My 'CURRENT' symptom of choice is urological and resulting in my clenching of the pelvi floor...ROOT CHAKRA stuff...releasing at the very most point of vulnerability. Terrifying work, and I literally feel like the 8 yr old version of myself standing right on the edge of a cliff, about to jump off in doing it...the sheer terror and loneliness of the moment....

Is this effective for anxiety and frequent urination? I have to pee every hour. And 2-3 time during the night. Taking Xanax now helped me calm my pelvic floor but i don’t wanna take this long term.

Ultimately yes, it can be beneficial in relaxing the nervous system and releasing the muscles, if it is "chronic nonbacterial prostatitis" also known as CPPS. hi michael, you said you had debilitating pelvic pain. Could you explain if it ever caused severe pain when you had a bowel movement? this question is because i’ve experienced severe pelvic pain when i had diarrhea. a few times was bad pain, one time was excruciating. i’m getting my prostate checked out, but was wondering if pelvic pain had to do with bowel function. Was is strange is that the pain is perfectly centered in the pelvic area, and sometimes it doesn’t hurt in the center, but off to the sides a little. thank you
Michael, how is the breathing technique used in these exercises you are teaching, breathe in through Nose and exhale through the Mouth. Secondly, if not experiencing any pain in the pelvic, can these exercises be used to strengthening the Pelvic Floor?
Please consider seeing a local pelvic floor PT for a thorough assessment and individualized guidance. In the meantime, check this playlist bit.ly/MalePainPlaylist. ~Vibrant Support
Hi would this work for frequent urination I have had every test under the sun and can’t find a reason why. I don’t have much pain anymore but still need to pee all the time

Does anyone else here have prostatitis? My doc said I must have had it based on an ultrasound but couldnt find traces of infection. He suggested these exercises. I’m a bit skeptical but I see it’s helped for a lot of people!
Hi Kenneth. It is great that you have been cleared by a doctor. It is very common for symptoms to present like prostatitis. In fact, the muscles of the pelvic floor are causing discomfort.

I'm using this now. 20 seconds. My 'CURRENT' symptom of choice is urological and resulting in my clenching of the pelvi floor...ROOT CHAKRA stuff...releasing at the very most point of vulnerability. How long should I do each stretch?
I would follow with the length shown in the video.
hi michael, you said you had debilitating pelvic pain.
Was is strange is that the pain is perfectly centered in the pelvic area, and sometimes it doesn’t hurt in the center, but off to the sides a little.
thank you
The whole area is linked together. I have ibs and when that's bad, the pelvic floor stuff gets aggravated too. You'll get there man
