I want you to know that your exercise videos have made a solid difference in my life. As I age, I need to modify exercises but still incorporate cardio, strength, and stretching into my daily routines. I appreciate this morning mobility workout because it is all standing and effective. Since I travel extensively, I don't enjoy getting down on hotel room floors and you have many effective videos that do not require floor work. However, all your videos are great when I am at home. Thank you and appreciate your content.

Last year I started doing your 5-min standing stretches towards the end of each day, and still do - and I wanted something addtional as I age to start each day - I turn 65 this year! Thank you and God bless you for all you are doing to help people to stay healthy and strong!
Caroline I’m new to your channel, after suffering from lower back pain I searched for some back friendly routines. I have been doing a number of your routines recently and they are very manageable. Also I enjoy your uplifting attitude ❤
Lovely routine - I went onto another routine morning workout and quickly came off as does to compare to Caroline's workout - I love how you take the time to explain at each step along the way - which many TH-camrs do not. They jump straight in and move way too fast, which I can see could cause injuries. Thank you, Caroline, for such a great morning routine.👏
I just love doing this before work and I feel good doing them. I just turned 50 and have notced some.changes. this definitely keeps me flexible in the morning!❤

Hi Caroline! This felt so delicious and juicy - I just loved it! It's a great way to start the day or to do anytime (wonderful for stretching and flexibility). My favourite moves are the side bends and the cactus arms back bends. They felt just unbelievably superb! Thank you so very much!
