I definitely didn't notice how stiff and agitated my body was until after I did these stretches. Both exercise and working a 10 hour shift put strain on my body, and it felt like all of that went away after doing this. I'll definitely be sleeping well tonight, and would be looking forward to doing this in the future!

This was just what I was looking for. After runs I would always find videos from big yoga channels and they didn’t quite hit the spot. This was much more targeted and challenging. Thank you and much success 🙌🏾

I did this stretch after an ab workout I enjoyed this I feel good after this stretch! And I really enjoyed the commentary 🙂 made it feel more personal and real definitely coming back to this video after workouts
Hi Caroline, would love a rehab video on hip flexors mine are always tight and I don’t know where to start. I definitely need to foam roll, stretch and strengthen. Same with repairing my glute med- rotated pelvis

the hip flexor is a muscle, i suggest searching it up on google to see exactly where it is on the body. "downwards-facing dog" is the name of the stretching position she did! have a nice day!
