    Omg! I have been doing Sihat Sokmo's 5000 steps aerobics workout. Absolutely loved it! Shall try this tomorrow.

      Update: This is just as much fun. He is a great talker and the 30 mins went by easily. I crossed around 4500 steps. Shall do it again this week😌

    Nice! Only one thing: you say "enjoy the music" but the volume of the music is really low compared to your talking

    I actually kept up pretty well with this workout. A little faster then my 71 year old bones could handle lol, but I did it at my own pace and it worked.

    Yes! I love this new vid! Can you do some type of strength training video with modified versions who quite are not at your level but not beginner either lol If that makes sense. Legit was so excited when I saw new vid from you! Lost 30 lbs with a huge help from all your videos

    Just finished the routine and I have to say, this was so fun and enjoyable. Felt like I was dancing.

    It truly was 5,000 steps! Fun and didn’t feel like too high intensity but definitely got me moving and raised my heart rate!

    I was feeling so lazy this morning but I remembered how excited I was to see a new walk with Joanna so I made myself get up & this is one of the best! Love the small bursts of jogs & jacks & squats! Will do this one again as I do all the other walking workouts over & over!!

    Gotta say, since I started working from home last year, Joanna has saved me! I do my normal workout early in the morning then do her step workouts in the afternoon during my one break. Great way to break up a day of sitting at the computer!

    Me too. I love moving to the music. Did not feel like 30 minutes. I enjoyed the changes in speed too. Hazli's instructions were clear and easy to understand. This is now one of my fav step workout.

    Loved this and will keep doing it. I kept up with both but at the end Apple Watch was only showing 3587 steps! Still - it’s the workout I enjoyed.

    For someone like me who is least motivated to workout this video is a fun and good beginning. I can sustain the the entire time without getting bored. I can't run that is too much for me. I wanted to know if I do this regularly after how many days shall I be able to sustain jogging

Been using your videos for workouts for a few weeks now, and I prefer them to my outdoor walks that I was doing for exercise.     This was my first time doing one of your workouts. I loved it because I didn't get bored by a lot of repetition and my heart rate stayed at a high, steady level throughout. One serious problem though. There was no mention of a cool-down or modeling of a cool down and no mention of stretching. You went right from high impact to standing still and talking. I think you need to at least tell audience that they need to keep moving until their breathing is back to normal.

    Hazli is no doubt amazing. This workout is so much fun. By the time you get any close to the rhytm of combos, the workout is over. It's like having a fun game. Thank you Joanna for coming up with this. Only question is how do you guys not drink a drop of water in the entire process? I find myself begging for water like I am in Mars after first 10 minutes. Also could you please add how much approx. calories you burnt in this? I try to burn around 500 calories in a day and do at least 2 of your workouts every single day . I am close to your height and shape . So knowing the calories gives an idea of how much progress I made for the day. Thank you.

    Great workout. I feel it would have made it better if there was some editing before upload to give a countdown and next step instructions on screen as I felt I missed about 20% of a full workout due to not knowing the steps, but otherwise a great workout. 9/10 👍🏻

    Did this one today after a long hiatus of no exercise as I am nursing a bad back so taking it easy and this is perfect for a great walking and beginner workout; however, better cueing beforehand would have helped. It was fun and the time flew by. Thanks Hazil and Joanna!
