    I was doing 1000steps with him then it comes easy to me, 3000 and now 5000steps🥺 I am improving 👏🏻

      I kept up with you 💯 and I was short over 1,000? You’re not the only one ..I’ve tried 5 different walking aps and it’s the same.. so I’m not sure how everyone is counting steps.. my step count is lagging🤪otherwise I love your classes..

      @@nancejack56 step counters / watches aren’t perfect unfortunately they don’t register every single step sometimes. Hazard of technology it’s never foolproof.

      @@nancejack56 Hogwash! I have a Fitbit and it keeps the number of steps. Looks as if it's spot on with 5,000.

    I came home from work so exhausted that I didn’t even want to eat dinner let alone workout. I talked myself into doing this video because I love the music, and encouraging words throughout the workout. Within 10 minutes I was smiling and happily giving it my all.     I've done a LOT of different step workouts on TH-cam and yours are by far my favorite. It goes so fast and it's fun. Not a bunch of complicated steps to get lost in. Please keep posting longer workouts!

    I started my weight loss journey in October last year and everyone told me that walking in the best way to lose weight, but I struggle to leave the house because of anxiety. This is so great for people like me I wish I’d found it sooner! I’ve lost 2 stone since October but bet I can lose another one easier with this. Only got to 4,000 steps today but I’ll do the whole thing next time

    Rick, I'm so glad I found your walking work outs!! I'm from Scotland and have pushed myself to go power walking everyday in cold, wet and icy weather. I wasn't even getting in half the steps I do with your workouts and I'm also working much harder but the amazing thing is it doesn't feel like it?! It's so achievable. I have really bad knees so these workouts are perfect. I love seeing the steps count up on my watch, my heart rare up and my final calorie count - and I haven't even left the house! I find your chat is a pleasant distraction too so please keep it up! If I could request anything, I'd love a 90's boy band theme workout with good remixes for tempo! Xx

    This has to be the best walking workout and music on TH-cam it’s so motivational - I also use small hand weights for extra calorie burning and adding in star jumps and burpee’s after the grapevines instead of the tread water - brilliant workout ❤

    In June 2022 I cut alcohol, then July I changed my eating habits and started doing this workout at least once a day. Now in April 2023 I've lost 84lbs and I'm feeling a lot better 🙌 I'm now able to bump up the playback speed to get a sweat on and the heart pumping. When I first started I was 228lbs, I took my time completing the workout and just made sure I did it once a day. As I got lighter I started completing it with more ease then introduced 2x a day. Not just for weightloss but to anyone needing encouragement - beating yourself up because you didn't hit perfection will stop you. Some days I could only hit 2000 steps but saw that as better than 0 steps and that mentality will keep you going long-term. That can pretty much be applied to most things.

    This was my first time watching and "walking" with you and man, after just 15 minutes I could feel the burn on my hips/thigh area. I will be back to finish the other half of the video after I catch my breath. :) Thanks for the easy workout at home (even though I still can't get my feet to follow yours!) and yes, this helped me hit my 10,000 step goal for the day!

    I'm 71 with a total knee replacement. Safety is an issue for me, so I have to walk indoors. I've tried many,many walking programs but they all have hurt my knees. I am SO glad I found your channel. 5000 steps that I can easily do without hurting my knees. The music drowns out your voice, for these oldcears, so I am glad you have an insert so I know what's coming up next. Your energy is contagious and I actually look forward to walking with you!     Can you please make a 10.000 steps workout? ❤️ Overhere it's winter so we are more indoors the next few weeks.. and well... covid 19... and christmas ( lots of delicious food will be presented to many of us) so i think a lovely 10.000 steps workout like this one would be more than perfect to be honest hihi :) :P :) ❤️

    I love this workout, it goes by the fastest out of any workout that I have ever done, something about the conversational and fun tone and the soundtrack. I do it almost everyday :) Thank you!

    Love the energy 😂 found myself adding my own dance moves. I even added weighted straps to my ankles whilst doing this! really found it hard to get my steps in & this is such an easy and fun way to do so!

    1st time workout. Really enjoyed your energy. 5000 steps went by fast. I'm 67 years and trying different workouts to keep that old heart pumping. Completed all without stopping. Will be back tomorrow.
