    Love working out on this web site, I didn't get 5000 as the description advertised, I only got 3300 and worked vigorously for a 70 yr old. Great workout! Thanks for sharing.

      I’m crazy for this walk at home. It’s so good for every part of the body. Plus you get how long you wish to exercise ❤I love it when she says “Arms up” I like how she gets right into it and their is no talking

    I have reduced 2.5 lbs in 10 days by completing this walk workout. I was a fitness freak until 2 years ago by then Roberta’s gym workout was my favorite. Last 2 years I consoled my emotions only by eating food and sleeping and now I didn’t want to do Roberta gym for some time and this workout is helping me a lot. Long way to go. Hope to continue this journey.

    Lately I've been so lazy and I gained so much weight that I couldn't even finish 10 minutes of my usual videos...I was SO depressed until NOW because this was so easy and fun that I didn't even realize I finished it! I know it's just a small thing but I'm so happy right now, I'll definitely keep doing this!

      I discovered these exercises 2 months ago and do exercises every day. I liked it very much!!!
      during this exercise, 200 kcal, 3.34 km (2.07 miles), average heart rate of 110, 4374 steps with a Galaxy watch

    I recommend this workout for beginners like me, you don't have to do workouts that may hurt your full body just to loose weight fast, to those who are lazy but want to start working out this is for you 🥰 ( eat healthy foods and do fasting it is really good to your body )

    I love doing these workouts steps, they really do burn calories and help me or anyone to lose weight. They are easy and simple workouts steps. Just believe in yourself and have faith you can and will lose the weight. Because u will gain so much confidence and these steps exercises will make u keep on going and going. Please, don't give up on being a incredibly strong person no matter; what your weightloss journey goals are. U can do this!!! Don't stop and Don't quit!!!! Have an amazing weekend and week.     I love ❤️ this 5,000 steps video. Doing the most steps in a short amount of time, just wish your step counter was on. Please more long step videos it has help me lose weight keeping track of my steps I really appreciate it, and the rest time comes at the right time and the length of it gives my arms a break 😅 Thank you soooooo much 😊

      @@amazingworld1817 No but I am hypothyroid so deal with metabolic issues. Ultimately I moved on to another workout as I find the moves repetitive & boring.

    It's not 5,000 steps but it's amazing. Focuses on all the muscles we don't really get to use much during the day. It is also very easy to follow and effective. Love to do this in the mornings, gives me a jump-start for the day. Already 3,500 steps in and it's not even 8am 🥳

    This was awesome. However it was not 5000 steps and I still walked during the rest period...I'm 135-137lbs and I burned a total of 215 calories getting 3870 steps in ! I enjoyed 😉

    Best workout yet and if you go bit quicker you can fit in an extra step or two and still keep up,but this video was great....please do more.....35000 to 5000 steps is very accurate depending on your level of working out.

    Just found out your channel. So, decided to try out the exercises. Glad to inform U that I was able to follow, plus some additional moves during rest time.I was doing the exercises using a 2 Lb dumbbells for the second half of the exercises. It's fine with me. I think I'm gonna used the dumbbells for the entire exercises. I supposed that will burnt more calories. I'm a senior citizens of 69 yrs old. It's 8.00 in Malaysia.

    What a great exercise! simple yet lots of variety light steps but effective. today is my first day and sweat keep on coming feels like this is very effective. never sweat this much in my entire light! i will keep on doing this everyday. Rest assured of my update maybe after 2 weeks or a month.

      For 10,000 steps just repeat video again and keep going for an hour or do a 5,000 steps in the morning and another 5,000 steps in the afternoon.
      They concluded that a habit of walking just under 4,000 steps per day reduced the risk of dying from any cause, including from cardiovascular disease. That translates into a 30- to 45-minute walk, or roughly two miles, although it varies from person to person.

    روعة روعة.. ابدعت احلا من هذه مافي.. انا في الستين لكن هذه التمارين بسيطة وقوية من اجمل مارايت..ومن اسهل ماعملت..
    1،، اعرضه على شاشة التلفزيون ولن تحتاج الى نادي..
    ،، اعمل التمرين بهدؤ والقدر الذي تستطيع لا تتحمس بزيادة الا اذا كنت اوكنتي قادرة علي ذلك..
    3،،لا تتوقف عند الراحة اذا لم تحتاج اليها واستمر في التمرين الا ان تنتهي..
    ،4، اشعر بالفرح والسرور فغيرك بالملاين لم يجدوا هذه الفرصة..
    ،، امدحها فقط للفائدة وحب الخير للناس وليستفيدوا منها
    ،، لا تنسوني من دعاؤكم

    joy!..sweat rolling down this very unfit woman! but its gotta be done indoors as i cant do it outside on my own as confidence knocked badly..so thankyou for this x i will do my best to do it everyday (as long as it doesnt get too hot! poxy flat is like an oven !!!) i have a whole me to lose ..lol..so i will try hard .. im not a sit and eat all day person..my problem is probably not eating enough to burn...im sure you understand that statement...... most of my weight is menopausal...and sedentary lifestyle.....so thankyou again x

    This Is The First Excercise Workout That I've Done That Was More For My Age And I Really Enjoyed It, I've Done Few Of The Other Excercises But I Enjoy Walking More Than Anything. If I Can Get 5000 Steps In Without Leaving My Apartment, It Works For Me. My Goal Is To Lose 20 R 25 Lbs. I'm The Heaviest I've Ever Been. I've Lose 5 Inches In Height, Not Happy With That, But That's Out Of My Control Unless I Wear Heels, Thats A Story Within Itself Lol. Anyway I'm Going To C How It Goes, Its My Firt Day With The Walking Excercise And I Love It. Thanks🙂

    Just done this for the first time, a great workout without stress on the body but certainly ended up with a sweat on and a little out of puff which is exactly what it should offer. Only 2800 steps but hey, if you want to do 5000 then just do some more I am going to make this a regular (daily) routine. I am 73/74 nearly. Done with the gym, the planks etc. I loved running but not good on the knees now. Thanks for this and look forward to more.

    Phew...but ,.proud to say that I was able to complete the whole session, although I'm just started to recover from flu and body ache. Hopefully by doing some exercise and sweating, I will recover fast. Tqvm for the video.

    tip ! If you move faster then the video model then you will get the 5,000 steps
    but you must be a little faster pace the entire time

    Today is October 19 2021
    Day 1 Day one has been successfully completed. What I really enjoy about particularly long walks on this channel is that in the beginning I am definitely nice and warm sweaty, definitely feeling at heart rate increasing and I can even feel my blood just being moved around and it’s self transferring oxygen. I feel very great I feel amazing I had just finished doing a walk on the track for about 30 minutes as well as I was doing their yoga channel that they have so to do that and then start on this was very interesting I enjoyed it I feel great I feel very pumped up.
    Day 2 I woke up I noticed that my glutes in my upper thighs were feeling this tingling sensation so I will start off by saying that. The work out was very great specially doing it first thing in the morning before I go to work it help me wake up and it pumped my body and get the heart rate moving. I will say that this time I didn’t feel as sweaty as I did yesterday I felt very great I don’t feel tired I feel more awake than I do if anything. I definitely will say that I felt really great to be able to do it first thing in the morning usually now that I’m working I have to work out when I come home but the fact that I was able to do this work out before I go to work definitely feels great I feel ready and productive to have a successful workday today.
    Day 3. So let’s just say that for today while I was doing this lovely workout I still felt a little tightness in my glutes but not as much as yesterday I felt really good really gray didn’t sweat at all pretty much power through it like a champ. Luckily I was able to do this first thing in the morning so like I said yesterday I really enjoy doing workouts first thing in the morning before I do anything it really wakes me up and since it is pretty cold outside today I’m going to be heading outside to the track and doing some more walking around the track before I have to go to work just to get some more working out done. It’s really nice being able to do this work out at home and then if I’m able to go outside and walk around the track just to get some more of it out but just be outside. But I feel awake and ready to go
    Day 4 today I have completed day four of this work out. I used my partner‘s Apple Watch because I was just curious to see how much calories I was burning and by the end of it I have burned 375 is my total my heart rate right now says 135 BPM it also says that I did 2.15 miles. It was a very good workout it felt really great it was nice to see I guess how much calories I was burning while doing this work out my partner he also joined doing the work out towards the end so it was nice having company sometimes he joins me and sometimes he dont but today he did it was really great.
    Day 5. Today I have successfully completed the fifth day of this work out I definitely worked hard I was able to do it first thing in the morning I’m going to be taking a shower I feel very heated up and I feel great. I’m drinking a sip of water as I speak. Overall I feel great I feel my blood being circulated all through my body I like it’s good and I feel much more better. I’m glad I was able to do this walk before I have to do an essay assignment for my English professor so this is allowed me to wake up feel energized and feel motivated and ready to sit down and start an essay and try to finish essay today so I’m glad that this kind of gave me that motivation to tell myself yes I can do this and I can finish assignment and turn it back
    Day 6 DAY6 was a very intense day. I feel nice and hot I am burning up I definitely need some water but it definitely felt great. I did this work out at my mothers house I try to get my mother to join but she is not feeling well so unfortunately she was not able to do it but she did walk around just for a little bit so she participated in the better ability so it was fun being able to see her join she definitely said it definitely got her heart pumping and she deafly felt sweaty just by walking for I believe 15 minutes
    Day 7 today I have successfully completed a whole week of doing this work out it was just innovative.
    Day 8 !! First day down for week two. Today I was moving and grooving. I started this workout the minute I woke up! I am now up and pumped up! I plan on going on the track today as well to get more walks in. But overall I feel alive and I feel great. My feet are tingling but that’s alright. It must means I was getting my body warmed up for the day 👍
    Day 9 I completed the nice day doing this work out today my feet are tingling my thighs are tingling but I feel good I’m a little out of breath but nothing that I can’t handle I’m not too sweaty or anything but I am nice and warmed up and wrapped up
    Day 10. It has been completed, another successful day. My feet feel tingly my upper thighs lower glutes feel that tingling sensation as well. I was able to do it first thing in the morning so you know that means I am refreshed and awake and I feel good I’m getting ready to go outside and go on the track and walk on the track for a couple of hours and yeah so I feel great I really do you like this channel because when there are times when I’m not able to go outside on the track to walk I’m able to make up for it by doing their walking channel or their yoga channel or even just a regular workout channel to compensate for not being able to go outside. Whether that be due to weather or because I’m at work and I don’t get out until later in the day or I’m also a college student so I also have to go to class or just maybe some personal things that I have to tend to so it’s always good that I have this channel and there are the channels as another way to keep doing my exercises in the keep staying where I wanna be out in just keep reaching my goal.
    Day 11 I completed my 11th day of doing this work out. I had to split it up into two sections because I had to go to work so I was able to do the first have during the work in the second half after
    Day 12 another day done. My feet are tingling again. My heart is pumped up.
    Day 13 today I have successfully completed my 13th day I’m doing this work out today was definitely on fire type day. I put in my headphones and I was jamming to my music while doing this workout and because I was really feeling my music I was working out really hard so I am drenched in sweat I am out of breath and I’m on my second water bottle and I feel wonderful. So today was just really good it was a really great exercise because I was just able to put both my headphones in inches do the movements on my own speed that I wanted to so I was going a little faster than the video but that was because I was like really feeling the music and it felt great I feel warm in the inside of my body I could feel my bloodstream running through my veins in my hands are warm my feet are tingling my thighs feel nice and tight my glutes feel nice and tight my stomach doesn’t really feel like anything I will say that I lost some water weight so that’s pretty cool I guess I feel great when I look at myself in the mirror I’m starting to feel very happy about how I look in the way I look and I’m very happy with how close are starting to not feel tight but feel very loose so this might not of lost a lot of weight but it has lost at least weight in some areas I will say that I lost 1 inch around my waist and around my thighs and around my arm areas so that’s pretty cool I never thought about measuring them like that so I did measure them beforehand and I just never rechecked is the fact that I rechecked it today and saw a different kind of sort of it’s pretty cool
    Day 14 today is day 14 and I have successfully completed two weeks of doing this work out. By the end of this week I am sore from my thighs to my glutes to my arms but that’s probably because I overdid it yesterday when I was listening to music as well as I did go grocery shopping and picked up a lot of heavy things so that probably also increased the source to feel very extreme. I will say that over the two weeks this exercise has been an up-and-down one intensity where my heartbeat would go really fast and I would feel very drained but not draining where I don’t want to do a drain as in yes I’m pumped and I’m ready to go. But overall I did it I’m happy another two weeks of doing a workout has been successfully completed.
