Kay Kay I have been doing your work outs for a while however this is my first 60 minute one. Absolutely loved it. I made it till the end! I especially appreciate that you didn't edit out the break you needed during Tabata cause you had sweat burning your eyes. To me that was so you : always given 110% in your workouts and yet so authentic and real. I appreciate you and keep up your amazing work!
I am almost 54 (female) and I’m always happy to see Kaykay’s workouts. They are so unique because you never really know if the time is for the workout only or includes the cooldown. Also, she changes things up so much that it’s not the same old do this do that over and over. She pulls different ways to work the body and keeps it interesting which makes it go so fast that I’m always surprised when I see her cooldown section. When she does her cool bow at the end I do the same, but not so graciously, lol. But LOVE it! 🫶🏻

Loved the format of this one, the three circuit really make the workout flew by. Some exercises were pretty challenging for me like the 2 pylo drum lunges omg. Love the 60 minutes burn and sweat thank so so so much to always pushing myself out of my comfort zone !!!

I think I have died 😂 that was so intense. I very much dislike hour workouts (especially long cardio) BUT I am doing what you say to do and have been doing the longer workouts and I actually enjoyed this. And when you needed that timeout I was actually thankful because I wanted a timeout too. Moves were all amazing. Again. I find anything in bear is a kicker. Music was fun. I really enjoyed the second circuit with the active rest. Amazing job Kathrin! ❤ keeping me on my toes with the longer workouts. Thank you very much. I really appreciate you and all your dedication.
