    Mega 🥰 nach jahrelanger Trainigspause und 20 Kilo drauf habe ich vor 3-4 Monaten wieder angefangen und dieses workout war vor 2 Monaten unvorstellbar. Hab mich durch deine Videos geackert und hab das workout heute zum ersten mal geschafft. Komplett fertig 🥵 aber stolz und dankbar für deinen Content. Liebe geht raus 😘

    I just finished this after last nights hungover 😂Burnt 615 calories, it is incredible! Kaykay this workout is seriously a KILLER! So proud of myself ( smashed it but some of those tuck jumps were killing me!! ) LOVE IT!

    Another creative workout with lots of new moves. I like how you spice up traditional moves (eg: mountain climber) and put a fun twist and combo move. Because doing plain climbers for 45 seconds can be boring. 😂 I also love how dynamic it is and how we move from one place to another. It also helps to increase our step count for the day. Thank you, Kaykay! More no repeats for HIIT soon, you are now my go to for a fun hiit cardio ❤️

    Holy Sweat Feast!! I just crushed this workout this morning and it was an absolute killer- I have been running in college and currently have graduated, so I am no longer competing in college running, but have been taking up a lot of HIIT workouts and have noticed they have kept up my endurance levels, while keeping me super strong! I recently found your channel and absolutely love the mix of challenging moves and your energy! I have started doing your workouts every morning- I alos love your emphasis on being strong and not skinny- I recently recovered from an eating disorder, and wanted to let you know how much I love your focus on keeping your body strong, healthy, and balanced- Keep up the wonderful work!

    I love this 60 minute one the best. I think it’s the hardest of all the ones I’ve done with Kaykay. If there is a level harder - let me know. I appreciate the power involved. Usually I have to choose men’s workouts because there is not enough power max in women’s workouts.

      I was 😍 - the only thing was ...about my open feet (many blisters and I did barefooted 🤪 was not the best idea). But I pushed through and really enjoyed it!

    Omg i love it. leider kenne ich deinen Kanal noch nicht allzu lange, aber seit ich ihn kenne nehme ich jedes Workout mit was geht. Ich liebe alle deine Arten von Workouts, aber das hier hat bisher alle übertroffen.
    Ich liebe es Samstag morgen ein einstündiges Workout zu Powern, da ich unter der Woche nur Zeit für kürzere Einheiten habe, heute war deins dran und ich weiß gar nicht was ich sagen soll. Die Übungen waren der Wahnsinn, der mix aus allem hat mega Spaß gemacht und hat einen dazu noch gut ausgepowert. Ich fühle mich jetzt danach - frei und fit, danke für das workout.

    I'm not gonna lie I had been very intimidated by this workout but today I finally pushed myself to do it. An hour later I'm sitting drowning in sweat. Btw that sunset at the cool down made it even more heavenly!

      We (my husband and I) crushed it! Not as perfectly as you did, but we did it to the end! With only a few more breaks and only 3 to 4 exercises, we can't perform. And kaykay... We love you, we f***in hate u, but in the end, we really really ❤️ u!

    So, i did this workout after i did your 40 min all standing HIIT no repeat. I was sad, i don’t know Why.. i felt insecure and i had nothing to do, and then i decidem to try this. It was The best decision i ever made. I burn 530 kcal in 1 h 6 min. I feel better now, thank u. U are amazing. This workout was a challenge. ❤️ i can’t wait to try another video of u. Tomorrow is a new day, So it’ s time For a new workout. Keep going! ❤️❤️
