Hello have some body issues. Due to broken hand and infection in other arm I cannot at this moment set hands at my hip. My balance are bad due to foot and knee injuries, can I adjust the exercises?
I would suggest trying different Qi gong exercises that are less intense. There are so many variations!
@@stickybarry4770 Thanks for the answered. Just that I need to work on training on get this body parts back to normal again , hands and shoulders. Due to earlier experience my qigong lessons helped that way better than any physio treatment. But I needed to start doing that in the paces my body was able to do them. After 6 months my arm was totally functional again.
