    I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease. I don’t have pain, just difficulty walking. My legs have virtually no feeling. I have been doing this daily for a month. I’m walking better and I have regained some feeling. Thank you Brother Insight.

    Thank You so much Shifu, i have severe hip disease , & require a replacement. I use a walker. I cannot believe how much better that i am walking now without the walker. I use a cane now, the stiffness, & soreness is next to almost gone. Big THANKS TO YOU SO MUCH.

My legs have been feeling sore and heavy at the end of the day..and had a sore heel...last night , for the first time..in a long time they were not heavy..it is part of my morning practice now..I do a lot of walking...as I have no car..nearing 70 and I want to continue to have strong legs!!

    Thank you for another wonderful massage session. Soak our feet in warm Epsom salts apply oil then repeat this massage again. So relaxing after 30 minutes of brisk walking. 🙏 😊 💗

    I have been doing this for 6 wks now. I have more feeling in my calves and my feet are flat on the floor. Toes are gripping slightly.

    I had to smile when you said: Find a comfortable place to sit... like a rock :D
    and I agree a rock is a wonderful place to sit to enjoy Qigong meditation in nature.
    My legs feel very good now, released even though i did not feel the tension consciously before, this is real medicine in a good gentle way. Thank you so much and have a good day everybody! nice that we all did offer some love & care for our legs, and maybe smiled along with you (3:05).

    🙏 Thank you. I used to do something similar when I was young as a child and young adult, just as it was natural. Somehow I got out of it as life became more and more over busy and stressful going in unnatural for me directions, feeling I had to do what I was supposed to do (what was expected by society and relatives and obligations, including sudden changes and wasted long term efforts). Then I got extreme illness. Didn’t die despite statistics but have chronic issues now. Had remembered it felt better to do this type of massage, but felt unwell to do it when most need it. Thank you for the video , about one year later seeing it now. Having some guidance as we do it ourself is most helpful. Thank you.

    I feel my legs and feet warmer. The side of my belly too, but it was my first time practicing qi gong with this youtube channel with my body explicitly, even though the pratical references to traditional chinese medicine are something that has been helping me for longer. I really love how the shifu opted to not mirror his movements to his students's movements in order to make the attention to the details more conscient. Mirrors have a very deep influence in traditional chinese culture and philosophy, so this detail is absolutelly important. The hand closing was not the same as the standard punch in martial arts, it is really important to observe how his thumb was sometimes not tightly pressed against his hand in order to generate a proper qi flow. The point of contact of the hand with the sole of the feet I interpreted was the second group of articulations of the four fingers compared to the 2 points I learned in karate a regular punch should land, which is called seiken. I studied karate formally much out of contingency and out of what was available in my city. I could have opted for wushu or also wushu, had I been able to study formally under different circunstances. I'm greatly interested in chinese martial arts and particularly qi gong, despite my circunstances. I really admire how wushu is greatly influenced by traditional chinese medicine. Other martial arts should learn from it in order to more effectively pursue what they all seem to say they pursue, which is health and spiritual development. I'll just call the martial artist of this youtube channel shifu from now on and ask personally his name and how to pronounce it if I ever get the chance to. Might take a while, but I hope to be able to continue learning from him through the internet and technology chinese people helped so much to advance.
