    Wow, I’m 71 and 6 months post mastectomy (with 4 prior months of chemo 😖) and am feeling better than I have in decades. Nothing like facing death to make one appreciate life. ❤️ This practice is *exactly* what my body & spirit needs. My surgery has left me with some nerve damage and slightly less range of motion but I can tell these exercises will be of immense help. Love your style! Thank you…I’m excited to start my days with this.

      I'm about to turn 70 and I agree. Almost the minute I started, my balance and flexibility that I've been slowly losing came back. Now I never miss a day.

      @@jfhdragonfly Yes! It takes a little more effort at 70 but balance and flexibility are the key to graceful ageing. I focus on lower leg strength (body weight exercises) and keeping my spine flexible.

    Second day of doing your routine. 5 minutes yesterday and 6.5 this morning (one step at a time) . Going to sound like an old bearded hippy.. I do it naked. No clothing to restrict or pull as you move. The freedom is wonderful.

    Some time ago I realized that I don't find myself into intense exercises. Then I thought about meditation and maybe something like this will be suiting for me. And I was right! These calm and slow, beautiful movements resonate with my character and how I fell about myself and life!
    But there one more thing, that I wanted to thank you. Your kind words. A lot of times I forget to say thank you to my body and all the hard work I've done. You reminded me, that I don't have to be so harsh on myself, that my body is strong, soul is kind and life is fulfilling
    And the most important thing I got from doing these exercises only a few times not only a better feeling physically, but a fuge relaxation mentaly
    I really want to know more about it and fill my life with this joy and gratefulness. Wish everything good for you and looking forward to watch you videos💕

    I am 30, before that I was engaged in sports and boxing all my life. Recently I got carried away with goju-ryu, kung fu and realized that I need to deepen my knowledge, feel the body. Your gymnastics lessons 15 minutes in the morning is amazing. I am engaged, breathing is excellent, the body feels great.

    Thank you so much for this. I had a reaction to the C dart 20 months ago (confirmed by official German govt clinic) and now have several autoimmune illnesses, neuropathy, pain 24/7 and trouble walking on bad days but this has helped me this morning. Subscribed ☺️

    Been exercising for years & I’ve just come to your channel as I do meditation. I am doing these exercises for myself however my son who is a spinal & brain Injury & I’m just trying your movements with his body. He thought I was slapping him yesterday when he heard his feet being slapped lol he made me laugh as he can’t feel anything, his brain however was telling him, he was smiling however he also did very well with breathing & he uses a ventilator.

      Thank you Toni for hanging in there as a caler. But also for moving and giving attention to ur own body. Thay would maybe say it's Nature's gift to uour family in order for you to take care of your son. It is essential to take time to reenergize, find back the flow.
      The monk is right about the smiling part, your son got that after the initial fright!

    this routine is wonderfull for beginners, its not to long not to dificult. doing this with you make me feel more energie and peace. the way you talk to the body make me relax and in touch with myself. also just watching helps me. thank you

    I love this practice, it is now my favorite way to start the day and I am always smiling by the end! Thank you for reminding me to offer myself a smile and to thank my body. That is something we should all practice more! I also love how you finish each movement by saying "That's wonderful" - another reminder that YES, I do feel wonderful! 😄 Peace and gratitude ♥
