    Wonderful! Thank you. We need more Feldenkrais-type movements done while standing. The exercises done lying down don't always translate into more functional movements while walking or doing other tasks.

    Acknowledging and welcoming my neck to become a part in participation in my whole life while doing this brought a click of rightness in me. Ahhhh, thanks.
    I perceived an undulation when i went to the right, vs a more practiced swivel left. I feel fun and appreciation and respect for myself and you as i listen, feel, watch, learn and move. Replaying now.

    Brilliant Alfons, as always!!Effective and fun too!!
    Must do daily in my case (very stiff neck and "Trapeze muscles": car accident with metal plaque C6-C7).
    Feldenkrais was a genius and you are a fantastic teacher of his ....."method" (?)

    In Iyengar yoga twists, we always say turn the shoulder first so you don’t turn the head thinking you are turning the shoulders
