    Of course after doing these movements my ribcage, neck and shoulders feel phenomenal, but my whole spine feels a high degree of suppleness. The rewards far outweigh the effort put in. Very much looking forward to doing the session again. Thank you, Alfons.

    WOW! I love these lessons where I feel so confused and it seems impossible to even approximate the movement. And then I lie down and it's like I have a new arm. I sit up and it feels like my arm is hanging off my ribcage - so much habitual tension is just GONE. Yes, I will definitely keep playing this game. :-)

      I tried it again, and it's not confusing any more.

      I've come back to this lesson after doing your 6-part series for neck tension. Oh my gosh!!! I can get my forehead to the floor now. 🙂 I love how all of the lessons influence each other. Doing my Bikram yoga is also joyous now, instead of struggle. instead of having to think about my head position and direct my chin to go up, it just automatically stays in alignment.

    Been having trouble with my neck, upper back, and shoulders for ages and your Feldenkrais lessons together with experiments with strength training (guided by a physical therapist) have helped me so much. And this lesson is my favourite one so far! It is a good mental exercise to stay well within one's limits.

    Please, could you suggest me some videos for knee pain?

    • @ImprovingAbility
      @ImprovingAbility  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This would depend on what the trouble is with your knee/s!
      For example, if you can stand and walk without pain, but after a while of walking both knees start to hurt, but the pain is gone the next day, then the hopping video with me and my mom might be a good one for you 😁
