  • Instead of holding your pelvis and chest static, like being stuck in a pit of quicksand, we explore how the neck is part of yourself, a sentient person who can think, sense, feel, move and love. What amazing benefits do we get from that?

I used be a fast bowler in my youth and virtually destroyed my right shoulder and neck muscles. It has triggered scoliosis and entire body gone out of proportion. I don't know why but your tips have got me into believing this will work.🙏

I had a complete hysterectomy 4 years ago, and I feel my whole body is out of alignment due to all the removed organs. Thank you so much for this, I followed it, and this exercise seems to be helping me. Please do more videos that would be helpful for people like me. Thank you so much; I've just subscribed!

I become quite fun-filled at the questions you pose during these amazing sessions! They provide extra latitude to a person!
I play a few minutes at a time during work breaks and return to it when I have a few more minutes, and so on. Thank you!

    LOL!
"You're creating data for your body that AI can't reach" - so true!

😂 That’s the reason why OpenAi stopped working on robotics and went into Artificial Intelligence. Their robots had no data to learn from. We as humans on the other hand, #1 our bodies literally hold millions of years of data, and #2 our complex societies as well. The third ingredient is #3 self-learning, that’s what we do here. If the engineers would have understood this, then I guess there would be already robots walking around outside.

@@ImprovingAbility I have a dream... that self learning leads me to self healing, and I get rid of #1 and #2, having a free body living in a free society... meanwhile I'm so grateful to be doing feldenkrais with Alfons!

Hi again. My my what a wonderful whole body experience. Just excellent. I am heading to Spain, to walk the 750 km Camino. Any tips please to help counteract all the walking, to engage with the rest of the body and give my feet and legs a chance to recover. Many thanks.❤

Alfons, when I leaned my body sideways I let my head hang down with its own weight, and when I returned to the upright position the head was the last to stand up. is this right?
    TY!

sounds elegant ! you can try with how many different orders (first this, then that, …) you can come up with and what each of them mean, and in which context you would use them

My problem is I’m generally okay until around 1 pm. Then I begin slouching, and I start feeling discomfort through my back down to my glutes.

@@ImprovingAbility Thanks anyways. I am sometimes looking for somatic therapies my father could attend to help him in his disabilities. Have you came across Penelope's Easton and Abraham Mansbach written work ? ( Read out loud :) )
