    No one will ever understand how much I love this woman… Nicole, you only see your camera and your button on the laptop, to upload your videos. But you don’t see me, doing your workouts every morning in my small flat in the living room, before going to university. Sitting in the library, being able to concentrate better and longer, because I already moved my body in such a nice and gentle way. Being supported by a gentle voice and a great person, who works out with me. Nicole, you are doing such a great work, you can be extremely proud of yourself! You make other life’s much better, even in other countries🤍

      Since the Corona came to our life, Nicole came to my life to, the slowly and gently movement makes my body strong and help me to relax and fight my fibromyalgia!! You are the reason that I am stronger and healthier every day. I did many of your classes and I am so proud I can.       @@e.n3674 yesss! The exotic places! I don’t know why, but the different places also make such a huge difference to me!😅 I always prefer the videos in the nature, instead of in her house. I don’t know why, but it feels like her beach vibes reach to me and the videos inside feel a little bit more confining.
      And with the mental aspect aswell! When I do her workouts in the morning, the probability of getting into a depressive episode decreases a lot🙂

    I suffer deeply from mental illness and also pchysical ilness and ive spent years in my bed because ive been so sick.. Nicoles videos has litterly changed my life, on the days I feel like I cant get up and workout, I do Nicoles workout videos because they are so good and helps me SO much with my health issues both mentally and pchysical. I just want to say, thank you from the bottom of my heart Nicole, you are litterly helping me move again after years in bed and you are helping to save my life and my depression!     I have been doing some 20 minute classes on holiday where we move more quickly so this was a lovely change of pace. And my abs really felt this one! This is what I love about this channel. Classes of different length, difficulty, style and pace all feature here. And all accompanied by Nicole’s lovely calm clear instructions. And almost 3 million followers, so well deserved.

    I am so proud, I did 35 minutes! After a while of not doing exercise, it is a big push to get back to exercising and I am so proud because this is the longest exercise I have done in a while. I also love the sequences and moves in the channel's videos, very innovative and unique, nothing I have tried before.

    I LOVE how you are doing weekly workout playlists! It makes it so easy to choose what to do for the day. I started doing the workouts a month ago from your channel and I LOVE them. I’m a new māmā and have tried various other forms of exercise but this has been elite! I love the actual videos too, so easy to follow , clear instructions and you have a beautiful calming voice.       @@afafabed3293 at some point I stopped looking at my weight changes when working out so i cant really know about my dress size. But other changes i noticed are ab definition, stronger core and overall strength, rounder and fuller booty cheeks, muscle defintion in other areas and a lot more. My confidence, coordination, self esteem and posture have also improved! Honestly my whole life has been changed for the better.

    To be honest I was a bit worried I couldn't finish this class because I haven't worked out this much in a long while, but here I am, writing this comment, after finishing the whole set!     I just hurt my miniscus and my knee is unstable. I am so grateful that I found Nicole's mat pilates. I know I can come here and get a really great workout but still have the space to listen to my body and move in such a way that my body can heal. Blessings, Nicole!

    I’ve been practicing with Nicole for about three years now and it’s so refreshing and new material coming in is nice. I love, love love the relatively recent addition of classical music at the end. So relaxing and grounding. I’m 66 years old and she has given me so much more movement in my day-to-day life, I can keep up with my four year old grandson (most of the time). But if I skip a day, that day two is much harder.❤

    I was in tears during the cool down session. It felt so amazing! It was a real blessing. I have a baby and wanted to workout again for weeks. But everyday something came in and I had to postpone. But today finally I had the time and it felt amazing. My body my mind and my soul is refreshed. I think it gave me the motivation to find time again to move with you like before on a daily basis. There were only a few thousand when I first discovered her channel during COVID, and I played all her videos over and over again, as they were my only joy during COVID WFH.     This workout was pure perfection.     This was amazing!! As an opera singer it is so important for us to be in tune with our bodies, and I've always wanted to try pilates to help with my fitness and being more aware of my body. This helped tremendously and I will be doing more!!

    Guys. I just found nicole this week and today is day five. I wasn’t able to lift my legs during that sideways crunch on day one. I was able to lift them both today! I was so shocked because I didn’t think I was actually making a difference but clearly its doing something because I was able to lift my legs! I lifted them!!!❤❤❤❤🎉

    I am so happy for you that you are on that island. We went there as a family in 2016. It was paradise like. We stayed in a place that reminded me of Giligan's Island. And the mangoes..... You deserve it, with such grace you are improving so many of our lives. Thank you Nicole.

    My left ankle is sprained and bandaged up with a gel pack. This class enabled me to have a beautiful workout with out putting any pressure on it. I feel great and the ankle is possibly a bit better too. Thank you very much Nicole.
