  • Enjoy another 20 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout with Warm Up & Cool Down included. You can do this workout anywhere and anytime, no equipment needed.
    A mixture of Low Impact and Higher Impact variations will be provided so that you can choose the intensity of your workout, making it perfect for everyone! I recommend wearing sneakers for extra support if you are taking the higher impact variations.

    I've never liked working out because it gives me anxiety and stress to lose weight and I start to focus on the way I look and not the way I feel after working out. Then my mental health gets horrible and I start to think that if I eat less then i'll look thinner. I came across your channel and started to do the week schedule and I love it so much. The workout are a perfect length for me and i don't know but there is something about your energy that lifts me up and makes me workout to feel good and healthy. You just bring this positive attitude to working out that I love! Thank you!!

    I've suffered from anxiety my whole life, and what has always helped me is working out in some way. With gyms closed where I live, this such a lifesaver. It might sound silly because it's just a workout video, but hearing your voice calmy guiding me through taking care of myself is such a blessing every day and I hope you know how appreciated you are!       When I have excess adrenaline for good or bad reason, I do a session with Nicole and feel restored. Instead of cortisol, I get endorphins!!!

    There is SO much I love about your workouts, Nicole!! 1.) You include a warmup and cool down (that actually makes me feel warmed up and cooled down) in the video!! 2.) You give multiple variations to your exercises which means I can come back and challenge myself with your workouts over and over again changing up the difficulty and I never get bored! 3.) Your relaxed and playful voice that is encouraging and doesn't take things too seriously! 4.) The fact that I can do your workouts and be drenched in sweat by the end and still somehow feel relaxed and calm throughout the whole thing! 5.) I love that you mix yoga and pilates and barre for a kickass workout that also somehow feels like meditation, self-care, and hiit all in one ❤️❤️❤️ You're just lovely, and I am so glad I found you!

    i already felt the burn 5 mins in and it was just the warm up part 😂. also i find the glute bridges with single leg lifts to be personally challenging!! its so tough! thank you for the great workout, Nicole!

    Loved this workout setup! The 45-second intervals feel so doable and it makes the classes fly by. I am dripping in sweat, but I feel so strong! Such an effective 20-minute workout. Just finished as a part of January 2024 Week 4. Thank you, Nicole! ☺

    Hi Nicole, im so glad that your channel pops up in my recommended, i dont usually like calm workouts because i feel its less of a workout and i am easily bored, BUT...after trying your 50 minute pilates workout yesterday im sweating a lot and at the same time its so calming. Its not boring at all. I love it so much! Today, I tried this video and im still hooked! your workouts doesnt seem to be a chore i need to do because i am enjoying all the movements of your pilates videos.     I’m such a big fan of this HIIT workout. I usually sweat heavily when I exercise. At the first time when I tried this HIIT workout, I faced with the door to the hell. But getting used to this, I could feel that I built strength.
    I could noticed this change by doing the other workouts which I used to do before and also made my mat wet with my sweat. Now, even I do the previous workouts, I could stay dry. (but your cardio pilates workout still makes me sweat a lot ;))
    Before noticing this change, I just liked to do your workouts and have fun to try, but now they give me a sense of accomplishment, boosting self-confidence.
    Whenever I try your workout, I’m so thankful for your kind and detailed instruction such as breathing and high quality programs.
    I do know that it would take lots of time to plan the programs and prepare them.
    So again, pls accept my sincere gratitude for your kindness and all the effort.
    If I am one of your off-line class students, I will give my gratitude all the time. So regret that I could not deliver my feeling to you directly face to face.
    So, I wish you would be aware that there would be lots of subscribers like me but not to mention it out loud but actually we do in mind whenever we meet you through your channel!😘

    Before this workout, I was exhausted and a little bit anxious. And after only 30 minutes I feel a burst of energy. This workout isn't as challenging as the previous one (program "July week 4"), but it is definitely one of my favorite. Thanks for your hard work, Nicole!

    Thank you for making these videos. I have suffered from lower and upper back pain since my early 20s (20 years now). I participated in high impact sports when I was younger so that has always been my preference when I work out. Over the past several years my body is having a hard time keeping up with the high impact. I found your videos two weeks ago and they have really helped to release some of the pressure built up in my spine. It's not a cure for the chronic pain but I can feel the tension release after a workout is over. I really appreciate how you vocally walk us through each step and how you offer modifications where needed. Bless you.

    Mentally preparing myself for this workout tomorrow. I’ve been waiting for a new workout (and challenge)-can’t wait! I like how you incorporated some cardio and tone-building moves-definitely will break a sweat. Before quarantine, I was only doing intense cardio and weightlifting sessions several days a week. I never gave my body a break from all the stress and exhaustion it underwent while I was training to that level of intensity. Feeling sore after every single session was my idea of a “good” workout. Ever since gyms closed and shelter-in-place orders were placed, I had to look for other ways to move my body. I was blessed to discover your channel about two months ago. I was so sure that I wasn’t going to get a “good” workout out of pilates because of the low intensity movements. But after following along with you, my body has moved in ways I never allowed it to move. There’s still tension in my muscles while performing these moves, but it’s also combined with moves where my body receives a moment of relaxation. Thank you so much for being my first pilates partner/teacher! I’m seriously thinking about joining a pilates class later this week. I appreciate all the great content you’re putting out there for people like me to enjoy (your aesthetic and soothing effects are everything). Much love, Nicole! 💙

    I loved this Pilates Hiit Workout!! Definitely challenging and targeted the muscles around the body, but in a way that was controlled and not too tense and stressful on the body! Such a great workout - I was definitely sweatinggg but I also felt relaxed, centred and energised afterwards 🦋also love that you incorporate a warm up and cool down/stretch into your routines 🙌Thank you!
