I have been doing this for months along with changing my diet, to say the least my stomach and body overall had never looked the way it is now without Pilates and strength training. Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
This was such an awesome workout. Every move is for a short time, which is awesome. Because then you can really focus and give each move your all, instead of being exhausted in 2 minutes. Fun workout, while still being just challenging enough! Love it😊❤️.
day 1: I stopped at 15:17 cause I'm pretty much shaking lol day 2: I finished all the workout in this video until the end day 3: I finished it, and it gets better, less shaking, and i take less break rest day day 4: I feel kinda unmotivated but proceed to try, and I stopped at 15:40. Day 5: Finally I'm able to finish it again, with almost no additional break other than instructed. I do this workout along with another home workout for the upper body, and I do cutting my calories. I will tell if there is a clear visible result 🫶🏻 My stomach is still a bit bloated, but I can see some definition as in 11 line abs and the one line in the center, especially if I hold my breath please anyone remind me if i didn't comment in 2 days
Keep going ! This is great ! 💪 If you're looking for upper body workouts etc.. Nicole's full body workouts are great too.. They kind of cover arms and shoulders in combinations etc. Nevertheless... Great going !
Nicole I have to tell you that your workout videos are amazing and may have literally saved my life. I have been severely depressed and only a few weeks ago I couldn’t get out of bed. I started making some changes including some light workout at home and came across your videos. I’m now following one of your routines at least 5 times a week, even crying through some of them but I’m seeing not only a change in my body but it’s been amazing for my mental health too! I’ve never experienced such a well balanced, gentle yet challenging work out before! I really feel like I got deep into my abs and leg muscles without and the minutes I felt like I was about to give up you suddenly changed it up every so slightly for it to not feel like total death. This one was really tough for me.... I couldn't really feel the abs series I think because of my wrong form in most of the postures but really felt the booty series.... But I'm not gonna give up!!!! I'm happy that I atleast moved my body progress over perfection!

Genious videos. I practice Pilates with your videos since more than 2 years, few times a week. Millions thanks to you, I saw big change in my body, I cried on an easy excercise when I first started, now I can follow pretty much everything. I can understand your method so well, that I often do not need to even look at the screen, just follow your voice. Could you please do instructions with tools, I could think of e.g. ball, which most people have some sort of at home; or a pilates bar, also quite easy to purchase or even build your own. Other themes I would love to see is e.g. pilates with kids (my kid would not want to do the hundred :D lol); or pilates before bed; pilates in park. You know for busy moms, who have to sit and wait for their kids in the playground, don't know what to do. Just some suggestions :D
I use this workout as a “ wrist free” option. I watch it over and over since my wrists can’t do burpies and that sort of thing. Well done ❤❤❤Nicole ❤❤❤

I am not new to floor pilates. It was a passion of mine in my late teens, early 20s but after kids, life, stress and just not giving myself time, I haven't been a Pilates princess in about 7 years. I tried out CrossFit for a while, also did some heavy weight training. But doing this workout really made me feel those muscles that even the heaviest deadlifts and hipthrusts don't get! I feel my passion for pilates reigniting again. You were so flawless in every transition!

I haven't been able to do much pilates for the past week due to a cold, but today is the first day I've felt completely better so I really wanted to do something, and this video has been tempting me all this time. It was challenging, perhaps more so because of not having done much more than stretching but its great to be doing your videos again so thank you!

Today is day 3 in a row of challenging myself to do this workout every day for 2 weeks! Day 1 I tapped out after 15 minutes. Yesterday I tapped out at 20. Today I made it through the whole video! (I only skipped the sideways leg circles near the end.) Each day, the moves I did last time are easier. This workout is very effective! Now that I've made it through the whole video, my next goal is to be able to straighten my legs all the way up while laying on my back. I had no idea how weak I was lol! Thank you, Nicole (:

My, that burns! Been doing your pilates workout for several weeks now and I can say my core is getting stronger. I can hold a boat pose/teaser now to my surprise. I have never left a comment on any TH-cam video but THIS deserves the extra attention. I absolutely loved this work out. I’ve never experienced such a well balanced, gentle yet challenging work out before! I really feel like I got deep into my abs and leg muscles without and the minutes I felt like I was about to give up you suddenly changed it up every so slightly for it to not feel like total death. Great distraction techniques !! Keep up the great work. Cant wait to try your other videos
Just found Nicole and I am so glad I did! She is very sweet and walks you throughout the workout smoothly. This one was really hard for my abs and legs but I made it through (except from the last series which my abs couldn't cooperate). Instead I did regular ups and downs. Thank you Nicole. This one was really tough for me.... I couldn't really feel the abs series I think because of my wrong form in most of the postures but really felt the booty series.... But I'm not gonna give up!!!! I'm happy that I atleast moved my body progress over perfection!

Genious videos. I practice Pilates with your videos since more than 2 years, few times a week. Millions thanks to you, I saw big change in my body, I cried on an easy excercise when I first started, now I can follow pretty much everything. I can understand your method so well, that I often do not need to even look at the screen, just follow your voice. Could you please do instructions with tools, I could think of e.g. ball, which most people have some sort of at home; or a pilates bar, also quite easy to purchase or even build your own. Other themes I would love to see is e.g. pilates with kids (my kid would not want to do the hundred :D lol); or pilates before bed; pilates in park. You know for busy moms, who have to sit and wait for their kids in the playground, don't know what to do. Just some suggestions :D

I am not new to floor pilates. It was a passion of mine in my late teens, early 20s but after kids, life, stress and just not giving myself time, I haven't been a Pilates princess in about 7 years.
I tried out CrossFit for a while, also did some heavy weight training.
But doing this workout really made me feel those muscles that even the heaviest deadlifts and hipthrusts don't get! I feel my passion for pilates reigniting again. You were so flawless in every transition!

Great workout! I haven't been able to do much pilates for the past week due to a cold, but today is the first day I've felt completely better so I really wanted to do something, and this video has been tempting me all this time. It was challenging, perhaps more so because of not having done much more than stretching but its great to be doing your videos again so thank you!

Today is day 3 in a row of challenging myself to do this workout every day for 2 weeks! Day 1 I tapped out after 15 minutes. Yesterday I tapped out at 20. Today I made it through the whole video! (I only skipped the sideways leg circles near the end.) Each day, the moves I did last time are easier. This workout is very effective! Now that I've made it through the whole video, my next goal is to be able to straighten my legs all the way up while laying on my back. I had no idea how weak I was lol! Thank you, Nicole (:
