I appreciate your color and style choices. I enjoyed the story behind the piece made by a friend's grandfather when he was young. Your restoration made my sentimental heart happy. I am also a huge fan of road-side finds. Over the past 4 days I have worked on 4 different pieces of furniture each day. Having more than 1 piece in-the-works seems to help me be more productive plus I work with the same color. Right now I am using black. I'll add a bit of metallic gold or white or turquoise accents. This way drying time isn't down time. I admit it is interesting seeing the interior of my van again, it was so full of furniture.

Just re-watching this, you are well on your way to 6000! When you reach 10,000 you will have to rename your channel Can Do! All of the flips were great but I particularly liked the west elm Dupe where you cycled the old Hope chest. I love Hope chests! You can use them for coffee tables, blanket chests, plant stands, benches, and with longer legs they can become a storage buffet, oh so many uses! You have improved with every flip but there’s a lot of “natural talent” there! Keep up the good work.

If I had to pick just one, it would have to be the last one. Number one, I think. I love that color and the half circle decoration. Do you think you’ll ever sell any of your pieces? I’m not sure I could.
Thanks, Kay! I love that one too. I do sell some of my pieces but I moved this year and needed to furnish a whole apartment myself so I've kept a ton as well hahah!

Make sure when you sand any part of the finish off that you use a primer that'll stop it from bleeding such as shellac.. Even a spray paint style with a quick couple coats. I could tell that first dresser you showed was Gunna be a bleeder... Also a suggestion I always drill my holes before paint so I don't scratch anything... Yes a little paint gets in the holes but it's easy to get out.! Great work though!

They're all so beautiful. I just need your help with Annie Sloan paint. I really struggled with it.
Thanks, Melissa! What do you need help with in terms of Annie Sloan? The paint is super thick, so I do need to water it down quite a bit usually, ESPECIALLY if I'm trying to get a smooth/modern finish.
