Crushed it ❤ When I found this channel almost 3 years ago, these were the types of workouts I was looking for because I didn’t have my current home gym yet. I restarted my fitness journey at the time and did these in my living room but mostly in my kitchen around my island. I did them before I daughter and husband would wake up. I did them in the kitchen because it would create less noise and I didn’t want to wake them up. It was also important for me to have my me time for at least an hour before everyone else was up and before I had to clock in for work. Strength and cardio and no equipment workouts are so nostalgic to me. I did this one in my kitchen again. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon Sydney and her greatness. Sydney squad is also amazing too. I love reading the comment section before and after my workouts. Nothing but good vibes here ❤

My biggest fitness achievement to date is being able to do all the cardio exercises in high intensity - even matching Sydney's pace for the most of it! I used to be the person who stopped at 3-2-1 and look at me now. Still have a long way to go strength wise 😁

I've tried so many workouts Sydney, but yours the absolute best. Somehow the time flies in your workouts because we continuously make small chunks of progress. It's always a well rounded series of exercises, not straight squats or straight anything. Its challenging but manageable. Love the words of motivation too. Keep up the amazing work

I can’t believe it! I started this series late. I didn’t learn about this channel until Sydney’s Pre Summer series was suggested to me. I started while the series was half way done. I dedicated to doing an workout a day or one of Sydney’s other workouts when I didn’t have equipment. After weeks and weeks, I’m now caught up on the series and so thankful I didn’t give up on myself . Sydney, you’re truly an encouragement and my body feels different, in a good way, because I changed my mindset on how I view working out and eating healthy. I wish I didn’t have plans already for the event at the end of the month, but I pray everyone who attends has an amazing time and I can’t wait to watch the videos and see the pictures.

I did not want to work out today. I told myself I would 10 minutes of this. I got to 10 minutes and was like ok, I have do 5 more minutes LOL. Before I knew it, we were at 22 minutes! This felt really good today. My energy was high because I got a good night's sleep. This was the perfect mix. I'm not a big cardio person but I found the movements fun and engaging. A short, spicy workout to get me back in the swing of things after taking a week off for the start of school.
